The best Middle eastern food in France. The food is absolutely delicious, and the five mezze plates are incredible. The staff are amazing, especially the owners, Chef Kareem and Diana. If you’re in Pau, don’t miss the chance to eat there.

When reviewing a restaurant I consider taste, presentation and value. A French restaurant with a definite middle eastern profile of flavours and presentation. A very healthy and fresh taste to the fish and lamb without the over indulgence of French sauces. The lamb on the skewer did not appeal, but it was cooked such that it melted in the mouth. The sea bass which I have had many times in Türkiye, was cooked to perfection and boned by a real professional. Baklava, well known, to us after 30 days travelling Türkiye and Greece was clean and fresh without too much honey. The ice cream was an unexpected delight. A cross between Italian gelato and a sorbet. The wine was reasonably priced and the ginger beer for my wife was a bonus. People of Pau, get along to this restaurant - it will surprise you.

A great new spot! This recently opened restaurant really impressed me. The food is delicious — full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service is warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. They offer a unique mix of traditional Syrian dishes with a French twist, which makes the menu both authentic and creative. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be coming back.

Un immense coup de cœur pour Maqani ! En tant que Libanais, je peux dire que retrouver des saveurs aussi authentiques loin de mon pays est un vrai bonheur. Chaque plat est préparé avec une précision et un savoir-faire remarquables ! Un grand merci au patron pour son accueil irréprochable, sa générosité et sa gentillesse. On ne se sent pas simplement client, mais réellement invité ! Une vraie expérience à la libanaise ❤️ Je suis très honoré et fier d’avoir un restaurant de cette qualité dans ma ville. Une adresse incontournable que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Encore merci à toute l’équipe !

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel. La nourriture est incroyablement bonne, les assaisonnements sont parfaits, les crevettes sont fraîches, la viande est bien grillée. Le service est génial et notre serveuse à été de très bon conseil ce soir ! Les assiettes sont très jolies et c'est copieux ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Influencé par les bons avis nous y sommes allés en famille, on a pris uniquement des plats à partager et c'était Délicieux ! Tout le monde s'est régalés avec le houmous, le caviar d'aubergine, les salades bien fraîches ! Les desserts étaient très bons également. Le personnel était souriant et aimable ! Une vraie invitation à se régaler! On recommande vivement 😁 Seul bémol, le thé a la menthe qui est un sachet Kusmi tea et non du vrai thé

Delicioso, toooodo! A medio día tienen un menu aparte de la posibilidad de pedir a la carta, probamos un poco de todo y no puedo decir qué me gustó mas. La atención y servicio muy buena, el chef salió a saludarnos y cantamos feliz cumpleaños a una amiga. Recomendado 100%
