Absolutely unacceptable experience with Ria Money Transfer. It has been nearly 5 months, and my €1,150 is still missing. This money was meant for a student’s tuition — a critical step in building his future — yet it was irresponsibly handed over to the wrong person without proper ID verification. I’ve made countless calls and sent numerous emails, but all I receive is the same generic reply: “investigation ongoing.” No answers. No accountability. No action. This is not just negligence — it’s a complete failure of basic responsibility. Ria has not only lost my trust, but caused immense emotional and financial distress. I urge others to be extremely cautious. If this is how they handle serious cases, imagine what they might do with yours.

My friend Medhinkumar Balasoupramaniane suffered very big loss because of Ria Money Transfer. He deposited around 1200 euros in one of the Paris branches in April 2025 and they paid the money to someone else without proper identification proof. When the complaint raised they were behaving so badly and did not refund the money. Their negligence caused trouble and they are behaving like it is customer's responsibility to recover the money from the thief. My friend suffered too much financial and mental distress due to this incident. This is just an edge of the iceberg, there are many cases like this. If they are acting this much irresponsible for a big sum like this, what would be the condition of small amount cases. They are still sending emails only saying" investigation ongoing". It is like a conspirancy from the side of Ria money transfer that they conceal the money and acting like they don't know anything. I am totally disappointed from their act that they are doing this to students who are surviving with too much difficulty. I prefer you guys don't trust Ria Money Transfer anymore.
