The room is small with old furniture. Bathroom also quite small. The worst thing was that it was too cold (in November) though we complained a couple of times, they promised to increase the temperature but did nothing (no air conditioning). We also asked for another blanket as it was cold, but they told us they don't have it. The staff also don't speak English so... no use of them. The only good thing is that location is OK, metro station very close.

Great location, very convenient, with the metro and many shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The room was quite small, but that wasn’t an issue for me personally. Adding air conditioning and a small fridge would make the room even better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and would highly recommend it!

This place provided a clean bed, on a budget, and was in a good location for wanting to explore Chinatown/Place D'Italie. It wouldn't be my first choice coming back but if I had to, it wouldn't be the worse thing.You have to turn your keys in anytime you leave. Walls are thin. Rooms are plain. The people are not rude but "customer service" doesn't exist. Reception speaks Mandarin, French, and enough English.

We stayed here in October 2017. We chose this hotel because it was cheap and was located very close to the pick-up location for the tour that we had signed up for. The area this hotel is located in can be best describe as "Little Asia" as there are many Asian shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. ||||There were no elevators/lifts in the hotel so we had to carry all of our luggage up a relatively-steep flight of stairs; most of the staff that work there are older ladies so they weren't really able to help.||||The hotel lobby looked relatively modern in terms of its decor, however, this stands in contrast to the actual room that we stayed it; the decor is very dated (it felt like we were in the 1980s with their choice of wall paper and bed sheets)! The room was tiny, but we didn't mind because we were only there overnight. They use old, metal keys that you are not allowed to bring with you whenever you leave the hotel to explore. When we arrived, they didn't really clean the rooms well as the room we stayed in still had the previous tenants trash (an empty paper bag with McDonald's burger wrappers) lying on the floor behind the door. However, as we were leaving to go around, we saw house keeping going through the rooms replacing towels, vacuuming, etc. I wasn't sure if our room wasn't properly cleaned because we arrived a little earlier than expected? ||||The bathroom was really tiny, but had all the things you would expect -- towels, little bottles of shampoo, soap, etc. The shower had hot running water. ||||Overall, a decent hotel if you are only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend for large groups or extended stays.

The rooms were alright, but no A/C and I was there during a heat wave which was very rough. The bed is a bit on the small side for 2 adult men, but we made it work. Everything else works well. The service is phenomenal, but we had a Chinese guy in our group and they truly went above and beyond for us because they treated him like the chinese grandson. They gave us lots of tips about the area, some food recommendations, and were generally fantastic. Very nice people, absolutely recommend these guys especially if you're Chinese. 6 stars on the service. There's a metro station very close by, and a good creperie less than a block away.

Excellent for visiting major city sites and restaurants. Room service and accessibility is prime. Would come back here. Oh, metro/bus are a short walk away. Love the place.

the price/performance ratio is acceptable. unfortunately, the room and accessories are small and not soundproofed, the equipment is older, but it will work... we didn't use the breakfast, I can't rate it. on the other hand, the owner and staff are very helpful (they lent me an umbrella, gave me advice, I got a second duvet upon request. Location is excellent.

Well located, basic and oldish but the icing is that they have very clean rooms. So it's perfect for a weekend trip. I will probably stay here again in my next visit to Paris. The people running the hotel speak very basic English but they are very friendly and do their best to communicate.
