Service was awesome and staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties of cheese, scrambled eggs, fruits, juices, honey, organic yogurt, and more. Kitchen, cleaning, room service, reception, and technical staff. All of the hotel success is due to a great IBIS Gonesse general manager who has the very good understanding of hospitality and client relations. Thank you and see you during my next visit to Paris.

Nice version of an IBIS hotel. Conveniently close to A1 and A3 motorways. Clean, modern, attractive. Free outside parking, or covered for €5. No airport noise, very quiet area.

there was a huge misunderstanding on the ads for a family room we got. when we get to the hotel, we were advised that we cannot accommodate us due to number of max people. I talked to the manager, they said to wait and can accommodate our request and we were supposed to be given another room for free. they had us waited for 4hrs as they were about to clean the room. I have small kids, and we came from 8hr flight. When i approached back after long hours of waiting, they changed their statement. They have changed their mind.  They cannot accommodate us. They asked us to pay for another room or they will cancel our booking! What a disaster! Their hotel staffs are not considerate with our situation! They ruined our trip or itinerary for having us wait for long hours and ended up asked us to pay, or else they will kick us out. their hotel do not have generator when the power got off. And in the morning, at 6am, the emergency alarm rung and didnt even advised what was going on neither apologize! When we went to the room, there was a lady bug on the bed. it wasnt really a good experience. Will never come back!

One night before leaving out of CDG airport. No frills hotel but great value for the money. Small rooms, limited amenities, but to be expected given the rates. Hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable--can't ask much more than that.

Hotel is spotlessly clean but rather basic and the food, drinks and service are all very basic level and minimal, but the place is located 10minutes from Villepinte and airport which is perfect for business trips

The guy @ reception was not awared about my advance payment and he kept asking me for the payment again. It was midnight and I was standing no where. He rechecked with his colleague after one hour on my sevwral requests and then he confirmed that Hotel has received the advance payment already....... This is not good at all. Really shameful.

I reserved online in advance and paid 197EUR When i checked-in the price on the scrren was 159+12 for breakfast + taxes, all together cheaper than what i paid.. i asked an explanation and answer has been " it is like this, stop"

good location near the airport especially if you fly via Beauvais - Tille definitely need to rent a car, plenty of free parking
