Alert!!! Please do not use this company. The level of incompetence, lack of initiative and terrible customer service is astounding. I called and emailed 16+2 times to get details about what I needed to do to get my package through Toulouse customs. I’ve spent hour after hour waiting on hold just to be hung up on 5 times!!! No answers, no follow through, No initiative and No response for a week. Someone finally reached out to me yesterday and I got informed I needed to pay a duty today. 9 days of BS. As of the writing of this review on 08/06/25 I still have not received my DHL express parcel. No timeframe has been given. It’s unacceptable! I needed to ship some personal items and some items I could only buy in the USA to myself in France. I repeat I could not get these items in France. I had a family member choose DHL. They loaded up my items. Vitamins, toiletries, personal items and an adapter for my electric vehicle. Please save yourself the hassle, trouble, time and stress. They should be out of business. Seriously, if I responded or didn’t do my job like many of these people haven’t I would’ve been out of a job. I think it’s common place at this business. I payed $308.00 then they just notified me I owe 134.00 in taxes and duty to move out of customs. Highway’s robbery. I will be filing a claim for a refund for this fiasco. Share this review and use UPS or Fed Ex like I have in the past. I know I’m rambling but I am so deeply disappointed. Update, I finally received my package yesterday Aug 7th about 1500. They went through all my personal items and priced them on the internet. Used these prices to charge me $134.00 in taxes. Poorly rewrapped my items and stuck them back in my box and sealed it with their yellow tape. 10 days for express delivery. My worst shipping experience ever. Unacceptable. Thank you for reading.

Si vous recherchez une livraison NON sécurisé et remis à N'IMPORTE QUI avec signature, n'hésitez surtout pas à faire appel à DHL. En effet, ils ne vérifient pas l'identité de la personne qui signe et en plus, ne remettent pas du tout en main propre, préférant laissant le colis quelque part au sol en vous laissant chercher ou il est. Et à priori c'est normal pour la personne du service client que j'ai eu au téléphone, car il me faisait la leçon de ne pas me faire livrer sur mon lieu de travail... C'est intéressant cette leçon, car je le fais très souvent, et c'est la première fois que je passe par DHL, et c'est la première fois que j'ai ce problème de ne pas savoir qui a signé et ou est laissé mon colis. AUCUN autre colis avec d'autres livreurs ne m'a posé ce problème !
