Nice decoration of the store but only this. Service very very bad! We just entered and asked politely we would like to order some cake, one young staff asked don't you know how to say hello, like she was a queen and we should knee down in front of her. Never seen such a bad manner in any bakery. If she doesn't like to behave politely to customer she should work somewhere else. Would not recommend this place at all.
A wonderful "boulangerie" inside a wonderful colmar-building. A lot of delicios kind of french food, backery. Fresh, tasty, diverse and good prices.
Don't waste your appetite on the almond croissants, they're no good. I find it hard to believe that "Petit Futé" travel guide likes this place. The dough must have been frozen...
Worst experience of a bakery I've ever gone to in my life. The staff was very rude and racist. They only greet the French and never answer the question, never answer the greeting of Bonjour and Merci for foreigners. When the French came in, they greeted him in a loud voice. Croissant was fine, but I don't intend to revisit it due to the service
Our airbnb was very close to this and we quickly became regular visitors. Good prices, good products, and super cute on the outside. We didn't speak any french, but they were patient with us and there was good customer service. We enjoyed their sweets, their breakfast patries, and I also noticed that their bread was very good. We got a grande loaf and had it sliced, and it was perfect: crisp and thin crust, with a moist airy crumb on th inside. I also noticed that they had a small shelf of souvenirs that were much cheaper than at other stores. I think that my favorite thing of all was their pretzel with fromage. I grabbed a couple to go as we headed out of town, and oh how I wished I grabbed them all. They were so buttery, soft, and the fromage was a nice addition.
The pastries look delicious. I wanted to buy one of everything, but I restrained myself. I will have to come back to Colmar just because the millefeuille's cream layers looks so thick, I have to try it.
Came for the croissants and coffee. They didn’t have a proper espresso machine so I only got croissants. They were a bit on the dry side but not terrible
I personally loved crossants: it’s perfect for me, a bit sweet, fluffy inside and a bit crunchy outside, i didn’t feel like i eat butter with dough And for some reason when i bought one the lady gave me one free:)) thank you
