Review after visiting over 30 times. Good experience overall, but most of the staff likes to put the responsibility on other departments. It looks very bad as a customer when they are complaining in front of me about their colleagues. The only staff that I am satisfied after interacting with multiple times is called "Nizar" from the materials department, who always make sure to meet the client's need.
The only thing I don't like are prices.
I love this shop. I always end up buying something as the displays are good. Lots of choice and designs to choose from and prices range so it's for most budgets.
Good DIY store. Never understood how loyalty card works!!!
