The ‘little manager’ and her staff were amongst the best we have experienced anywhere. Friendly, informative and helped plan our stay. The ‘little manager’ (shedud have a shared office though), and another member of staff had excellent English and we would like to express our thanks to them both. They were very hands on and involved in every aspect of the hotel from reception to clearing tables. They both helped to make our holiday.

Staff were friendly and hotel is well situated to the town, restaurants and shops. However, the quality was not up to the usual Styles standard we have experienced in the past. The breakfast was mediocre.

Great hotel, in the heart of historic Dinan. We were lucky there was a music festival in the square right outside which was fabulous. Hotel location is great, and underground parking right next door. Room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom and shower. Nice lounge and breakfast area, all very comfortable. Lovely staff who were very helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended all round, and very good value.

Location is 5 stars- within walking distance to everything. Parking is in an underground lot right across from the hotel and easy access to get to- a little tight, but doable. (Pricing in the picture). The staff was nice, when they were around. Breakfast was very basic/limited so if you aren't short on time, I suggest going to a cafe/restaurant to spend your 13€. Now, the room. We went to the room to drop off our luggage before walking around the area. We followed the directions on the wall to get the AC or any cool air circulating in the room and only got hot air. We asked the receptionist if we were doing something wrong and she said the OWNER TURNED OFF THE AIRCONDITIONING TO THE BUILDING! I would have no problem with this except the room was booked with air-conditioning in the description and we would have been OK with a fan, but that was no where either. We had to sleep with the door to the outside open, which would have been amazing, but we were facing the main street so we heard everything and barely slept. Ladies, the hairdryer will last amount 1 minute before it gets too hot and needs to rest. And the bath towels- burlap is softer. Needless to say, this was the worst hotel during our 3 week tour of France.

The hotel is located in the centre of Dinan. The view over the place is very nice, breakfast small but good. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, the town hall car park right next to the hotel is very convenient. One deduction for the rooms due to the noise level from outside. Unfortunately, the windows are not so well insulated, so it was sometimes a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, a warm recommendation.

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years 2 star to 5 star. This hotel is average overall. The staff, however outshines the hotel. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff, good wifi, quiet rooms, fantastic air conditioning, good water pressure in shower and sink, comfortable bed, location is great close to the restaurants and castle. The negatives: the room is tiny(even by Ibis standards- and we have stayed in many Ibis Styles hotels to compare, floor is really uneven and you will find yourself falling over as you walk through the room, too many doors in the room that interfere with every movement inside the room-one door when open was jammed against the left side of the bed (these doors need to be removed as they serve no purpose), top comforter on bed is too warm for this time of year(you end up sweating as you sleep even with the air conditioning on), room lighting was poor(the room gives you the feeling of living in a cave), shelves in cabinets inside the room door are not fixed to the cabinet(if you lean on the front of the shelf the shelf will fall forward causing anything on the shelf to shoot to the floor(how about nailing these shelves down).

This was a trip for the wife and I after a 2 year gap - the hotel was much the same and by that I mean good! Great location in town centre and a convenient underground car park nearby. As a Silver Accor Member I asked for my complimentary glass of wine - but was told only beer or soft drink. After a friendly chat they relented and gave me a glass of wine. The rooms are fine and spacious. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too.
