Beautiful garden just outside the Louvre. I went and got me some culture. Ancient sculptures, and a not so ancient Ferris Wheel. Caffe in the center. With umbrellas, which were appreciated during the 95° it was when we were there. ♿️

We found this place unintentionally when taking a walk through Champs Elysee. We then saw some Christmas rides that attracted our attention and this is how we ended up visiting the gardens which were lovely. There was a good size Christmas market with a few rides and a very tall wheel. The views from the wheel were stunning, you can see really far. This is how we learnt that we were very close to the Louvre and in walking distance to Notre Dame which we then visited. The gardens were busy with many people enjoying the strolls and simply seating by the lake. I guess it's lovely during summer. Great location and very large grounds. Highly recommend.

A beautiful and peaceful escape right in the heart of Paris. The Jardin des Tuileries is perfectly located between the Louvre and Place de la Concorde, making it an ideal place for a walk before or after visiting nearby attractions. The gardens are very well maintained, with clean paths, elegant fountains, and plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s especially enjoyable in good weather, with great views, open spaces, and a calm environment despite being in a busy part of the city. A must-visit spot in Paris for both tourists and locals looking for a relaxing break.

Absolutely beautiful garden – I truly loved this place Jardin des Tuileries is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Paris, and I really loved it. The garden is perfectly maintained, with wide paths, fountains, green spaces, and plenty of chairs to sit and relax. Its location is excellent, right next to the Louvre Museum and within walking distance of many major attractions. Walking through this garden feels very calming and refreshing, especially after visiting busy places in the city. This place made me feel happy, relaxed, and peaceful from the heart. A perfect spot for walking, resting, photos, and enjoying the beauty of Paris. A must-visit place and highly recommended!

Tuileries Garden is one of the most relaxing and beautiful places in Paris. Perfectly located between the Louvre and Place de la Concorde, it’s ideal for a slow walk, a short break, or just sitting by the fountains on the iconic green chairs. The garden is very well maintained, with wide paths, sculptures, and lovely views in every direction. No matter the season, it has a calm charm—great for people-watching or taking a pause from museum hopping. It feels peaceful despite being right in the center of the city. A must-visit spot to unwind, especially after exploring the Louvre or Musée de l’Orangerie. Simple, elegant, and very Parisian.

I visited three times during my 9-day trip to Paris but it was so vast that I couldn't explore every nook and cranny. I still remember the moment I sat on a green chair in front of the fountain, enjoying a moment of relaxation in the cool breeze. The lush garden was beautiful, relaxing, and had a peaceful atmosphere. 😍

These photos were taken last summer and last winter, and if you visit the Louvre Museum, I highly recommend taking a rest here. Once winter arrives, rides and food stalls appear, and although the Ferris wheel feels a little shaky, it is the only spot that offers a full view of the Tuileries Garden. As a note, the food is neither very varied nor particularly tasty, but I suggest sitting on one of the green chairs by the large circular fountain to enjoy a moment of relaxation and truly take in Paris.
