Loved this hotel! The owner, Jacques, is very kind & friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast here but it looked amazing. Location is great; only a short walk to the main plaza & beach!

Handy location to all amenities, clean and well maintained with friendly staff providing exceptional service, the breakfast is very good using local produce . Delphine and Jacque ensure your stay is good providing any answers to queries and giving advice on the local area and places to visit. Nothing to dislike during our stay.

We loved our stay at this wonderful family run hotel!! The rooms were perfect with everything we needed including aircon for the hot months. From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel at home, we felt so welcome, like we were part of the family! Breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes. A short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants, Biarritz is the best town with friendly people everywhere. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and when the time is right for us we will stay again 🥰

My wife, son and I spent three splendid nights here. From the moment we arrived, Jacque and Delphine made us feel so so welcome, facilitating an early check-in for us, while explaining the area to us and some of the history of Biarritz. Jacque took time to give us a map, and circled his recommendations on best areas for restaurants, landmarks and sightseeing and best routes to get there. I have never received such a warm welcome in any hotel before. Every time we walked past reception we were greeted with a welcome smile from Jacque or Delphine, who had a genuine interest in how our day was going or what we planned to do. ||Our triple room was extremely tastefully decorated and so so comfortable, both it and our bathroom were finished to a very high standard. Everything was 100% spotless. Given the extreme temperatures over the 3 days we were in Biarritz, the air-con, which was superb and worked as air-con should work, was our best friend. ||Breakfast provided a wide range of juices, fruits, yoghurts, a wide variety of baked goods e.g. croissants etc.. and of course Delphine's home-made cakes! It was so peaceful sitting out on the terrace enjoying a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend breakfast to anyone staying in the hotel. ||Given our experiences above and the great location of the hotel - in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet so close to the centre - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating a visit to Beautiful Biarritz. If we ever return, which we do hope to do, we will definitely be checking out availability with Jacque and Delphine first. ||Thanks to both of you for a wonderful few days. ||Paul, Sharon and Luke.

Really liked our hotel in Biarritz. Staff (the owners?) were extremely friendly and remembered our names. Got the twin bedded room (for my daughter and I) and it was spacious, comfy and with a kettle/coffee and lots of yummy candies. We even had a separate changing/closet area and the bathroom was large and modern. Our Basque style window overlooked a small street and it was a quiet neighborhood. It was cold enough where we left some treats out on the ledge to keep cold. Overall the hotel was very nice and I would stay there again as it's fairly close to everything and the price point was good especially for Biarritz. The only bummer was that the noise from the upstairs tenant really travelled and we had to hear someone walking around in their heels (who keeps their shoes on in their room???) We could also hear what seemed like furniture moving (probably someone moving the bed?) from time to time. I know this isn't really the hotel's fault per se as you can't control neighbors but it did get annoying. Using the secure side door after 8:30pm was no problem at all ( we tended to use it more often at all hours as we somehow always came in that way and it was closest to the stairs/elevator). Whilst here is supposed to be free parking around the hotel, don't bother looking as we never found any so just head to the parking garage "mediatheque" that is 5-7 minute walk away. Lots of nearby eateries, boulangeries and grocery store. The Grand Plage is really a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our interactions with the very friendly staff (couple?)|Merci beaucoup Hotel Au Bon Coin!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in August. We were promptly greeted in English and French by Delphine and Jacques.|We are from NYC, this hotel was magnificent. It is modern yet quaint. The location couldn’t be better as it’s a convenient walk to fantastic restaurants and the beach. |If you are in Biarritz, this is a must stay in hotel for the price and quality! We will be back but for longer!!

I loved this hotel! The special welcome from Jacques and Delfina was for us… something above our expectations. Besides the warm of the people behind the hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean. The location es pretty conveniente too, near of the important things. We have loved our first time in Biarritz, and this hotel made it special.

Very clean hotel. Quiet area only minutes walk from town centre. Privacy curtain was excellent idea. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming with fluent English. Didn't opt for breakfast but I'm told it's all fresh produce that day. Highly recommend.
