The signature chocolate was quite interesting, with the colourful almond orange jelly layer Lemon dark chocolate stick was good too, there's this pronounced bitterness which was interesting and nice, plus it's hardly sour Pure chocolate Truffle had a weird taste Marron was very sweet, first time having it idk if it's standard

A wonderful choclatier in Toulouse with delicious chocolate and a great variety to choose from. Definitely worth a visit for a unique chocolate experience.

These pralines are a dream. We bought a few and instantly regretted not getting more, they might just be the best I’ve ever had. Among the three chocolatiers I tried in Toulouse, Criollo stood out the most, focusing on rich flavors rather than excessive sweetness. Truly exceptional! I can only recommend them and hope I’ll get the chance to return someday. The cherry on top: we were even allowed to taste a praline of our choice, something that only a few chocolatiers offer. 100g did cost around 13€ (03/25).

Delicious chocolates! Not cheap but well worth it for a one off!

The chocolates are excellent. Nevertheless the staff can be cold,snobby and completely lacking in cu focus. I’ve come to this chocolate store since they opened and spend several hundred euros every year. It was one of my go-to gift places. This month alone I’ve gone twice buying at least €50 each time and was intending to buy several boxes of chocolates as gifts. I went on Saturday December 1st to buy an advent calendar but they said they had run out and would receive more the following day. I went back to buy the calendar and they had sold out. They offered a bag of loose chocolates instead and would not try to help at all. If it were not for the fact that I’ve been a loyal and high spending customer I would not have minded. They made no attempt at trying to help me. They have lost me as a customer. Edit: The day after my post, the company responded both via Google Maps as well as via email (after looking up my professional email address). Management definitely does care about their customers. The HR manager wrote me an email and the company founder, director and chocolate maker Mr. DUJON LOMBARD called me to personally apologize. The following day they had a calendar delivered to the store. I am floored by their response and care.

Excellent service and great chocolate! Selection is large so trying to figure out what to buy is a challenge. Ask for one of the product brochures they include in your purchase before you order if you are particular.
