We were well received at the reception. We had multipass cards from the hotel we were staying at. We had prepared ourselves with the type of swimsuits required and we had no problem at all. I read a lot of negative comments before, but we had a great time. It was also clean!
Very strict and poorly communicated swimwear policy. You are forced to wear only specific swimwear, but this is not clearly explained at reception before payment. The signs inside are confusing and easy to misunderstand. When you are refused entry because of swimwear, no refund is offered. On top of that, they sell swimwear on site (e.g. men’s swim briefs) for around €45, while the real price elsewhere is closer to €15. It really feels like part of the business model is built on this situation. Very disappointing experience. Some of the personnel was rude when I asked for refund! NO REFUNDS! I had Boxer and it wasn't enough. Website - difficult to find English language, scammers!
I do not recommend this place. Very rude customer service. Very strict french rules highly inappropriate. I had a very bad experience in terms of using the dirty pools and saunas. Never again. Also no refund and I paid cash.. Not a good place, stuff nor customer service. I am a spa, pool enthusiast and this one is by far the worst pool area I ever been. Rude lifeguards. Hope they go out of business soon. I never been to a worst pool complex than this one and I been to many in the US and Europe. Never go here, do something better with your money. The pool complex in Avoriaz and Morzine are waw better. The one in Avoriaz has a very fun slide.
Arrived with a group of 30. All ready to pay and enjoy. Ridiculous dress policy to try and scam an extra €30-40 euros per male to get them to purchase speedos is a weird policy. Out of principle we left. They missed out on over €500 when there wasn’t a single person using the facilities. At some point you’re going to have to take a business decision and reverse your policy that has led to dozens of 1* reviews. Or keep writing the same rubbish responses and destroy your business.
If I could I would give 0 stars. The stuff is unfriendly, especially the ladies at the reception. The water is mostly cold and most corners look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. The price is way too high. Also they need you to purchase different swimming trousers for expensive prices (way more expensive then normally in stores). Choose a different location if possible.
Zero stars. Cold, dirty, expensive and confusing. Every changing room says "exit" on both sides, lol, why does a changing room need 2 doors?! Had to buy a $40 banana hammock 🍌 which was honestly more embarrassing for the staff than me. There was no logic, as I had a lined swimsuit, just a scam. The pools were 28.5C which converts to freezing cold. The whole place was dirty, especially the pube trap you walk through to 'clean' your feet before entering pool. Save your money and just roll in the street gutter... Same thing. We stayed for 10 mins, took a cold shower and left.
Contrary to a lot of reviews here we did think it was an enjoyable and clean experience. Plenty of choice of saunas, 2 hammams and multiple swimming pools. Mandatory swimming trunks, which can be bought at the entrance there are terribly overpriced though, which makes the overall price vs quality less attractive.
Fabulous experience taking the weekly access and spa package. Great value with fitness classes and massage treatments daily. I. The spa Amelie was spectacular- Merci beaucoup
