They are very accommodating for privacy, making sure reservations are fleshed out between vacant rooms to maximize privacy. The entire building and courtyard are very quiet, and are situated in a perfect location within the old city walls. One must be advised to bring their own soap/shampoo. Towels can be rented for €3. Had an excellent stay!

Wonderful, spacious hostel, right in the middle of medieval Carcassonne. Location was absolutely perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the entrance to the ramparts right outside the door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My room conveniently had an en-suite sink and shower. Things to note: sheets are an additional rental fee, breakfast is available for a fee, the wifi did not work in my room. Would highly recommend, and I hope I get the chance to stay here again!

I stayed in the hostel for a night, arrived early and came back late to the room (women’s dorm). It was all good in person, nice staff etc. But when I came back at 12am there was a men sleeping in the women’s dorm. Since I didn’t want to wake him and had to wake check out at 6am I went to bed very uncomfortably. When I checked out I said that they did something wrong with the booking and that I will text them. So I did, turned out they only blame me now and offer no refund/ nor apology. For a new hostel a mistake like that isn’t great, but not apologizing for it is even worse. No place to feel save for a women.

It's an auberge de jeunesse so you might happen to meet groups of kids that might even make some noise. But the obvious aside, the place is perfectly located and spotless clean. It's quiet at night and with a pair of Oropax, the noisy doors won't be noticed. The staff is incredibly patient and friendly. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. The toilet rooms are terrible. On the first floor, you have a choice of going to one where the radiator is on full blast and feels like a sauna, or the one that is usually out of toilet paper. There are also no toilet seats. We had a family room which had a shower and sink, no toilet. There are no towels. Upon arrival, we found that the beds had no sheets so we had to ask for those. No air conditioner for cooking. In April, it was hot, can't imagine how it would feel in summer. The shared kitchen has dishes and cutlery and sink, but no refrigerator. The key card to enter our room only works some of the time.

Idéalement situé. Nous avons pu profiter de la cité en famille pendant 2 jours sans reprendre la voiture en ayant un lieu au calme pour venir faire des pauses en journée. Propreté impeccable. La clim dans la chambre est appréciable. Accueil très agréable. Le personnel est disponible en permanence et très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux à un tarif très abordable. La cour intérieure est très agréable. Seul bémol : l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale. Les portes des chambres sont bruyantes. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreille pour la nuit. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bon plan pour les familles ! (1 chambre réservée par famille)

Nous avons réserver une chambre entière pour un séjour entre amis. L'équipe est hyper professionnelle, arrangeante et attentionnée. Les chambres sont propres et suffisamment grandes. Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé, en plus du fait que l'emplacement, en plein cœur de cité, est à rêver. Je recommande fortement.
