Brilliant location close to the beautiful village of Biot and on a local bus route between Antibes and Valbonne. The staff were absolutely brilliant and did everything they could to make us welcome. The room was very comfortable, with an excellent balcony. This was our third visit to this hotel and we hope it will not be the last.

One of the absolute best hotels we have stayed in, in Europe. We stayed 4 nights with an 11 month old and it was absolutely perfect, lovely rooms, amazing outdoor space, lovely staff. Biot itself is amazing. WONDERFUL HOTEL.

What an incredible stay! We had room 16, a classic room on the first floor which meant we had a lovely view of the pool and Biot itself from our balcony. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and spacious so we slept well, especially with the marvellous air con! The only negative would be that the shower cubicle was on the smaller side but I know the larger rooms offer larger bath/showers. ||The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular when our homeward flight was cancelled because French air traffic control were striking. We had to stay an extra night and fortunately they had space and moved things around so we could stay in the same room. They also offered us breakfast free of charge for that final morning which was such a lovely treat - the MOST delicious selection of food, and healthy too. ||Due to the warm weather we spent the days by the pool, a great size and often we had it to ourselves, and sometimes ventured out to a simple yet fantastic restaurant a few minutes walk away called RESTAURANT LE MARCMANIA - delicious home cooked food and very friendly. We also ventured into Biot itself which is very pretty and has some lovely places to eat. ||We checked out the gym which was again very clean and well represented with 3 machines (treadmill and 2 others) but could do with a proper set of dumbbells. There was also a sauna and steam room.||Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back, perhaps in slightly cooler weather so as to sight see a little more.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully served. The entire property is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. With only a few rooms, it truly feels like a boutique hotel. The gated grounds and convenient parking add to the sense of comfort and privacy. There’s a large, very clean pool and a spacious green area where kids can run around safely — perfect for families. We travel often and have stayed both in top-tier luxury hotels and, like this time, in simpler places for a quick overnight stop — and we can confidently say this hotel stands out. It could easily be priced much higher. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, helping us even with things that most premium hotels would decline. We give this place our highest recommendation — a hidden gem worth discovering.

Wonderful hotel.. the hotel room was clean with a new bathroom. Although it is next to the road, it is very quiet and relaxing vibe. They were very accommodating to our schedule as we had Mourataglou tennis camp in the mornings and need to have breakfast earlier. We had a situation with accumulated laundry and Alexi was so helpful to find a blancherie in which he delivered and picked it up for us.

This hotel is great for those in search of relaxation and away from the busier areas. Well located for nearby towns and restaurants with a great team. No evening meals or bar service but everything is available nearby and you can always make your own drinks in the well equipped rooms. Early check in and late check out was great! Plenty of parking onsite.

We decided to stay at this hotel as a stopover. It was such a pleasant surprise. We arrived around 11pm (past the check in time) with clear instructions on how to access our room, but it didn't matter because we were greeted by a staff member waiting for us. The rooms are nice, and absolutely loved their curated soap and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent filled with fresh ingredients. We even squeeze in a steam room session before we continued on our way.
