there no specific office. Loading by hands, if you come for loading you have to wait at least 4 hours even if there no another truck before you. The guys who's loading was helpful, i leave the belts on the trailer and they put it over the cargo. You can stay there for overnight. No shower. Toilet can use until they stop working.
