Brico Dépôt is overall a very good brand that is not overpriced, and each store has competent and nice workers. I want to highlight that my score only reflects the overall group coordination that is not the fault of a specific store. I'm attributing 2 stars because in 2021 it's not possible anymore to have so little coordination between stores. It's just not. Stocks online are not reliable, people just don't know what the group policy is at all. I wanted to return stuff to another Brico depot than the one I collected it from click & collect. On the phone I was assured I could. Arrived there, this policy does not apply to click & collect. Only to hear from my initial Brico Depot store that the policy had changed and Fleury Brico Depot probably didn't know. How can they not know? What little communication and global management do you have in place? Please improve coordination.

B & Q in France, obviously dearer as its in France, but a good choice. This is a relatively small store compared to others but worth a visit.

Prices are nice, some times difficult to get a person to give you professional advices
