I visited the store on April 21, 2026, in the garden section. I bought a table with two chairs. The salesperson, who I believe is the manager of that section, was sitting at her desk in the garden area. She gave me a voucher so I could pay and then collect my table from the after-sales area. I paid at the checkout and went to the after-sales desk. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I started to get concerned, as no one came to assist me. Then the salesperson arrived and told me that they had sold one table too many, because another couple had purchased the same item just after me. She told me I could either take the display model or get a refund. First, I believe that with a bit more attention to customers, she would have realized that I had ordered the table before the other couple. Also, she said this in front of them, which put me in a very uncomfortable position, almost as if I had to negotiate with them. Second, there was no apology at all for the wait or for the mistake of selling an item that was no longer available. Third, being told rather abruptly, “you can take the display model or get a refund,” felt dismissive and rushed. In most stores, a display model usually comes with a discount, but given her tone and attitude, I did not feel treated as a valued customer. On the positive side, I would like to mention that the staff who eventually brought me the display model were very polite and professional, and I thank them for that. In any case, I will not return to this store and will take my business elsewhere. You have lost a customer simply because proper care was not given. Customers always have a choice. I do not expect a response or an apology to this message. Most of the time, replies are generic and say that the issue will be reviewed internally, and nothing more. I has a question about something in the electricity, i waited 30 min for the redponsible to answer me, and then he told me a meaningless answer and left! If this shop wants to keep the clients happy, tell the responsibles to be more PROFESSIONAL!! Edit: They make the service better and i am satisfied
I came here with my family to shop while visiting from the United States, and we had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful employees — I believe their names were Mariana and Ketan — as well as another team member whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. They were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were so glad we asked for their assistance — they were genuinely happy to help and clearly took pride in their work. Thank you again, Mariana and Ketan, for the outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this store!

It is Castorama so you find there what you expect. It is a big one. There is plenty of parking space as it is placed within big shopping complex.
