A Cozy, Affordable Gem in Paris – Highly Recommended! I stayed at hotelF1 for a total of 7 days, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, chill place to stay that won't break the bank. For Paris prices, the value you get here is an absolute steal! Location & Convenience The location in the Porte de Montreuil area is incredibly convenient. You're just a short 5 to 10-minute walk from the metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. Plus, there's a Carrefour supermarket and plenty of other stores right nearby, which was great for picking up daily essentials. Cleanliness I was very impressed with the upkeep. The rooms are cleaned every single day, so we always came back to fresh bathrooms and crisp bedsheets after a long day of walking around. Staff & Service The customer service truly stands out. The front desk is open 24/7, and the staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful—if you ever need anything extra, all you have to do is ask. A huge thank you to Sammy, the first staff member we met. He took the time to explain everything to us perfectly and even helped us navigate the local area right from the start. Vibe & Amenities There’s a really great, diverse atmosphere here with guests visiting from all over the world. While I didn't try the lunch option during my stay, given how well-run the rest of the hotel is, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. If you want a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with fantastic service in Paris, this is the place!
Receptionist was lovely. Hotel has wifi. Room was small but got the job done. Shower was a little uncomfortable for size. Room had heating and towels. It was a bit noisy. Interestingly had young families and groups. Slept okay and check out was quick and easy.
It was a comfortable stay as the family. The staff was very friendly, especially Sami, who was extremely helpful in visiting the favorite places in Paris. Room was clean and adequately comfortable. Hotel’s location is not very close to centrum, but easy to take Uber for affordable prices.
I honestly don’t know how this place is rated as is, it should be lower. The staff and cleanliness of the rooms are honestly fine, but the hotel is cheaping out hard in terms of the infrastrucutre. Flooded showers, toilets that flush only when they feel like it, and blocked drains. The hotel itself while is in s conveniant location near a metro, the region itself it sketchy at all times, especially at night and on Sundays (due to a huge peoples’ market ran by seemingly illegal migrants)
Excellent hotel for rest and visiting the city. It is well connected to the highway, for those who are going by car. The hotel offers breakfast, but u also hace at from a Carrefour for any other matter that you might need. The line 9 of the metro is just a few hundred meters away, and there are also fast food places close to it. This was my 4 time there.
Overall below expectations. Cleanliness is a concern: we found blood stains on the sheets upon arrival, which is unsettling. The shared bathrooms (toilets and showers) also lack regular maintenance. That said, we did not find any signs of bed bugs despite checking. Comfort is limited, particularly due to poor sound insulation. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside is easily heard, which affects sleep. We were also woken up multiple times during the night by arguments outside. The area is quite lively, especially at night, with noticeable street noise. In addition, deliveries for the shopping center across the street create further noise late at night or early in the morning. Robespierre metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness and noise issues.
Staff are down right completely rude, tried to be reasonable about them about a room issue but they wouldn't listen. The rooms are very very basic and have no bathrooms. Very very unsuitable for accessible users. Literally feel unsafe to stay here. Had to call booking.com to complain about getting a refund due to feeling unsafe in this hotel. Staff constantly blaming us for the issues rather than finding a solution. Definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone thinking about staying! It's an absolute joke of a place and the staff are absolutely rude and horrible.
