Lovely house and facilities. Table tennis bats were not up to scratch as they seemed to affected my game play! Huge kitchen and living areas. Great for us.

Had a wonderful memorable week at this chateau! Immaculately clean with fresh towels and dressing gowns. Beautifully decorated rooms and huge ensuites. The English owners couldn't do enough to help you. We fed the chickens and collected the eggs, a real country peaceful retreat and restbite. They have a beautiful saltwater heated pool, and lots of outside space for games. Lovely local towns with historical buildings, great food and the French were friendly, altogether reignited my love for France. I highly recommend this beautiful chateau for couples quiet getaways, to families groups and friends. It's lush!!! GO!

My husband and I have just had 2 nights staying in this beautiful yet comfortable, clean and homely Chateau. You are guaranteed a warm welcome from the lovely English family. We'd recommend eating there if you can - the home cooking is fabulous and the hollandaise sauce we had was divine.The Longere also looked like a brilliant place to host a bigger gathering. We'll definitely return.

Visited this amazing place to celebrate a friend's 50th Birthday. There were about 50 of us including children and we had a wonderful week. The accommodation was first class and Liz and her team looked after us very well. The weather was on our side and we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and just the peace and beauty of the surroundings. We had many trips out and all within easy access making this a perfect base to explore Brittany. A great place for large groups but we will be returning for short weekend breaks in smaller numbers.

I had a wonderful few days here. The Longere was the perfect location, in the middle of nowhere but not too far from anywhere. Staying with friends, we all had the luxury of our own double or triple room with en suite bathroom (that were better than home!), and the whole of the very spacious building to ourselves. Admittedly, we were not using it at full occupancy as there were 8 of us and it could sleep many more, but even at full capacity there would have been plenty of room. The ground floor has three large living and eating areas as well as a huge kitchen, beautifully equipped and again, better than home! Outside, the views over country side are blissfully peaceful with an outside patio area and a very nicely appointed outdoor heated pool overlooked by the main Chateau building that will be a real treat to stay in when it is completed in the not too distant future. I hope to be back to see the progress and enjoy another truly relaxing experience. ||The owners are English, so if French is not your first language you will have no problems communicating and they are more than helpful so you will be well looked after. Enjoy!

La Ville Voisin is a real treat. The house is huge, stylish and wonderfully comfortable. The bedrooms are particularly fabulous, not a duff one amongst them and every one of them is ensuite - sheer bliss! All the communal rooms are geared up to accommodate large parties and the huge kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could want for a great self-catering holiday. We had a fabulous time and I would thoroughly recommend this lovely gite. ||||.

What a fantastic home for the week. The chateau is amazing full of charm and character. It has been renovated superbly and our hosts could not have done any more for us. The setting is beautiful, set in its own grounds with views out across the valley.||The location is a rural, yet within a few miles from the local town of Ploermel and main road Rennes to Vannes. At night it is so peaceful with no light pollution. The sky at night is stunning.||We had a full week of activities, sailing on Lac au duc, swinging through the trees at La Roc adventure, beach at Vannes and bowling in Ploermel. Some of us went to Rennes for Bric a brac shopping. ||We ended up sailing from Portsmouth to Caen which was great fun, but others in the group flew to Dinard from Stansted which is certainly quicker and the costs with a hire car similar, or there is always the tunnel if you fancy a long drive once in France.||Thank you so much for a wonderful week and look forward to seeing you again.

Stayed in the Longère for a week with friends. Very big kitchen and dining area with a terrace for eating outdoors. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Will definitely be going back again, The chateau owners couldn't do enough for us, we were made to feel so welcome.
