CISSE YAKOUBA

That was my 3rd time staying at the hotelF1 in Cergy, and I had mixed experience each time. The hotel location is excellent and the booking process is very easy, that's why I keep coming back. My first stay in room 205 was unpleasant because the room smelled very strongly body odour from the previous guest, but it was only for one night. My second stay was in room 203 and that was very good, the room was clean and everything went well. However, my last stay in room 314 had many issues. The room was not clean, there were roaches in the bathroom and in the evening, it smelled very strongly garlic, perhaps from the kitchen? I did not have any food in the room myself. But the main concern was safety. There was a man who came knocking at my door at 3am, asking to come in to charge his mobile phone. He came back many times, so I had to block my door with what I could. The guests from the other rooms kept slamming doors every night during all my stay, so it was very unpleasant.

Close to RER, 45 minutes to Paris. Only downside of the rooms is that there is only one plug. Not bad for the price.

This hotel location is very close from RER, and close from the train. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful. The staff are nice and helpful, the room is small, but clean and snug. The breakfast is variable, and toothsome, I ate every kind of the supply, trust me. :) The prices is friendly, and the price/quality rate is excellent.

will not win laurels for hospitality or quality but for a cheap one night stay was perfect. adequately clean. could improve a bit on the lighting of the communal areas

I want to give negative star really. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! the worst I’ve ever lived in my whole life. Extremely dirty, the shower curtains and sink has yellow stains, hell knows how they clean it. Toilet is not brushed for a long time, toilet paper is placed on rack exposed to moisture even there is a case for it. Room smells like sink and rotting. Worst of all, I got 10+ bug bites from the extremely dirty bed. I just wanna throw up. Never ever stay here you will regret

My experience with this hotel is bad. Firstly we were solving problem with our reservation. Then we had mouse in our room, so they changed the room by room with broken toilet for first night and this room smells like cigarette's ashtray, and finally we got good room. One good thing on it was that we received refunds by breakfast and money per first night. In the room there wasn't any shelf or hanger and we didn't have cover for pillows so all these things made our staying little bit uncomfortable. Maybe other rooms expect first floor were better.

Not a good hotel to stay here. I was here for 3 days. Bed condition was so bad. Bathrooms not clean. Small rooms. In breakfast.. Only coffee and juice and bread. Crowd in the hotel was like... I dint feel safe here.

The shower is either ice cold or scorching hot, the bathroom has no privacy so everyone can see you showering the toilet doesn't flush properly
