I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a bouquet of flowers, pre-ordered my bouquet of sunflowers on 8 May 2023, and my boyfriend picked up the bouquet on 9 May 2023. The shop called my boyfriend on the day only 1:30 hr before of pick up and said that the shop had no sunflowers, and that they would change it for something else. One of the staff was quite rude with my boyfriend when he asked that why they couldn't provide what they have in the website. The staff replied that "For someone who knows flowers, will know that this bouquet is more expensive than the one you ordered." Well, ofcourse we didn't know, we are not "Flower People", we just wanted sunflowers. The staff even added "Who would order Sunflowers in May?". How would I know? I don't live in France. What I think is if you don't have the product then don't put it on your website and make it available for people to order and not get what they wanted. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! If you wanted to change, and you know that you don't have the stock for the original product, you should call ASAP and not just 1 hr before the pickup, how devastating is this? As for the staff, it's so rude to assume everyone understand flowers like you. If we did, we would open our own flower shop, why buy it from you? Owner please take action on your staff's word. Overall, the bouquet we got was nice, just not fond of the attitude.

Pour les obsèques de mon grand père, étant moi même fleuriste mais habitant loin je n’ai pas pu faire les compositions. Ils ont su retranscrire mon amour pour lui. Merci pour ce travail exceptionnel. Cet avis reflète à la fois un avis personnel et professionnel c’est pour cela que je vous recommande les yeux fermés l’espace d’un matin.

J’avais choisi la sélection libre et le ou la fleuriste a réalisé un magnifique bouquet pour ma sœur, merci beaucoup ! Seul petit bémol : le manque de communication. J’avais demandé une livraison entre 9h et 13h, le bouquet a été reçu à 17h, et je n’ai pas été prévenue. En soit rien de grave, mais un peu dommage !

Une très belle découverte. Dès l’entrée, on sent que les fleurs sont du jour, fraîches et soigneusement choisies. La sélection est délicate, originale et vraiment de bon goût. On ressent tout de suite la passion du couple qui tient la boutique, avec un accueil sincère et des conseils justes. Un lieu agréable où l’on a envie de revenir !
