This hotel is very basic and in desperate need of some TLC. Initial impressions were poor, no reception area, everything is managed from behind the bar. We had two separate rooms and both smelt really really badly of stale cigarette smoke. One room the air conditioning worked fine the other room it didn't work at all, numerous people came to look but did nothing and staying during a recent heatwave was unbearable. They were unable to change our room. I asked for additional pillows but was told there was none in the whole hotel! Rooms are very run down, lots of chipped paint, botched DIY, curtains hanging down etc. The bed was very comfy and the bedding very clean. Both days dirty towels were removed and no clean ones provided. Also left with no toilet rolls. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice however even getting there when they opened there was no glasses, no bowls and no spoons. If it had been cheap I would have written less of a review but it was a very expensive stay and I don't feel this hotel gives good value for money at all. It's in a very rural suburb with very little to do close by.

❌ THE WORST ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ❌ This place is an absolute nightmare, not a hotel. Complete disrespect for guests, total staff incompetence, and a complete lack of security. THERE WAS NO HEATING IN THE ROOM. It was cold outside, and we were simply told “there’s nothing we can do.” Is this supposed to be normal? Guests are placed in freezing rooms and the staff acts like it’s acceptable. THE WORST PART — OUR ROOM WAS GIVEN TO OTHER PEOPLE. The staff ISSUED A KEY CARD to strangers for OUR room. As a result, they WALKED IN without any problem. This is a massive violation of privacy and safety. In any decent hotel, people would be fired for this. When we asked to change the room, we were sent to another one — and we WALKED IN ON NAKED FRENCH PEOPLE. Just imagine the level of chaos. Absolute absurdity. The staff has no idea who is staying where, which rooms are occupied, or who they are checking in. NO HELP. NO APOLOGY. NO SOLUTION. They just stood there as if this was completely normal. No alternative room, no compensation, not even basic human decency. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE. YOUR PRIVACY IS NOT RESPECTED HERE. ANYONE CAN WALK INTO YOUR ROOM AT ANY TIME. If you value comfort, safety, privacy, and your mental health — STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This is not service, this is a total failure.

The receptionist, a dark-skinned man wearing glasses, is a terrible person. I booked a room through Booking.com for one night on May 24, 2026, with the booking confirmation number (5973230755) under the name Ahmed Alharbi. I arrived at the hotel, but he refused to give me the room, claiming there was no reservation. I gave him the booking number and password, and he even saw the confirmation email. He's a terrible person; he made me sleep in the car with my wife. I filed a complaint with Booking.com, and they will take action against him. I urge the hotel owner to reconsider this man's behavior; he's damaging the hotel's reputation and has no humanity.

Location was good, very close to the offices. The room was also pretty comfortable, with effective AC. But the breakfast was very basic and no choices at all, it was all just bread. Not even eggs were served.

I am absolutely furious after our 2 nights stay stay at this hotel. After the 1st night my son woke up and he was covered in red bites I wasn’t sure what they were thought maybe mosquito but then realised they weren’t that, after the 2nd night he was covered even more in these red spot bites. We took him to the pharmacy and the pharmacist has confirmed they are flea bites. I am furious and very upset as a mum. His first 2 nights on holiday and he’s covered in bites all over his little face and body. I’m so angry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the cleanliness is a shambles. We are glad we are out of there and onto the next part of our trip. Wouldn’t stay there another second.

Arezki and the staff showed great hospitality! Simple rooms, but very clean and the breakfast was very good considering the price. Very close to Paris.

The main problem is that they hand out room numbers left and right. After checking in, some strange people came into our room. The rooms have no heating, and all they can offer is a blanket, but the problem is that they turned on the air conditioning, but it doesn't work at all. Then they supposedly replaced our room and gave us a card for another room that was already occupied. I went to see the strange people who were completely shocked. At the very least, this is not possible...
