Very bad and rude service, they even insult you when you try to explain yourself. Go to another store if you want normal and honest service. We have never been mistreated this much in a store in our whole lives in all country’s that we went to. We have been traveling across France for months. We had an old air conditioner, which we happily used for 2 years or more. We really need an air conditioner because we have animals of old age which can't handle high temperatures. Our old air conditioner stopped working. so we went to the store to buy a new one with the same statistics, while we had our animals in our running car with air conditioner on. The new air conditioner was working fine for 3 days it suddenly stopped working only blowing hot air. temperature started rising and we couldn’t get it any colder. So we took our animals with us again and went back to the store with the newly bought broken air conditioner. They told us that they had no air conditioners in stock at that moment but if we came back later we could get a refund they pointed us to another store Leroy Merlin so in a hurry we went to buy another air conditioner in another store and after installing this one we went back to the store to bring back the malfunctioning air conditioner. They told us they couldn't refund our money they had to test it first. So we explained that the issue happens after running for 3 hours +- and that it's leaking water from the wrong place. and in good trust we left it there. after 57 minutes we received an email that the air conditioner has been tested and no error has been found.. so we had to come back the next day. We explained the issue again and told them you really need to watch the air conditioner for a longer period to notice the issue but when I walked back to ask a question the air conditioner was un attended. After waiting another day we again got the message that the air conditioner is working fine and that the water is normal while the manual clearly states tha

Bought freezer to collect. Went there. Took and hour. They didn't have one because it was broke. Manager was too busy to talk to us about taking the display unit. Staff were annoying. Said that no money would come out of my account. Five days later they take the money out of my account. Now I have to waste my time again calling them.
