Extremely unprofessional. We hired Hatim to renovate our bathroom. He doesn't even do the work, but sub-contracts to others. The plumber took money from us, but ended up buying all the wrong products, the communication was very messy. He was even calling us from the shop asking for more money under time pressure. In the end we decided to cancel the contract. He threatened us, not wanting to give back the keys to our apartment. We also never saw even a fraction of the money we paid. We decided to sue him, the conciliator of justice already knew him, having other complaints about his work.
