Very pleasant chalet (we were in Pandora), great value for the price. |Excellent location close to the village centre and ski lifts. |Good food in the chalet (Pav is a good cook), hearty big portions (which skiers need!), very good house wine with the meal and possible to buy additional wine at a very reasonable price.|Good rooms, of decent size with plenty of storage space for all your clothes etc..|La Tannia is great, enough bars and restaurants (not expensive), surprisingly attractive village centre, our first time here, we were impressed. |Andrea at Snow Retreat was very nice, responsive and easy to deal with.|This is not a high end chalet experience, but for the price it offers very good value, we would recommend and return!!

Put simply, the easiest and most fun skiing holiday I've ever had. I've skied extensively throughout Europe and Canada and Snow Retreat is now firmly at the top of my list. Our transfers were arranged for us and we were dropped off right outside our chalet. We were then warmly greeted by the friendly chalet staff who amongst other things, bake a fresh cake for the guests every day! Ski hire was made available to suit our timings and was next door to the chalet. The chalet itself was beautiful, warm and immaculate throughout. The food was of a very high quality and there was never any danger of going hungry. Generously sized packed lunches were provided if required. The slopes were only a few minutes away from the chalet, as were the bars for the all important Apres Ski! We will be returning next season, without a doubt.

It was AMAZING!!! Everyone made my first skiing experience 10x better. The Chalet host Anna, chef Sophie and Andrea were wonderful always greeting you with a smile on there face. Definitely coming back again next year as it was a perfect place to stay and I had a great time, really recommend :)

Just had another fabulous week with Snow Retreat. We're returning guests due to the chalet location, comfort, good and friendliness of the Andrea and the hosts. Sophie and Anna, our hosts this year, were welcoming, friendly, efficient and all round lovely. Thank you Andrea and all at Team Snow Retreat.

Stayed in Chalet Leman with family including 20 month old grand-daughter. Superb food & hosting provided by Heidi & Paula with excellent options for our veggie, everything was superb but the Tartiflette was the best I’ve ever eaten. Poppy now asking for “cake” in a broad Yorkshire accent. Chalet was absolutely perfect with plenty of space, comfortable beds, & hot strong showers. In the afternoon Heidi freshly baked beautiful cakes for our return, which not only tasted fantastic but you had the lovely smell of fresh baking. Big thankyou to both of them for being so helpful with Poppy’s food & mealtimes. |Will definitely stay with Snow Retreat again & big thanks to Andrea & family.

we stayed in chalet leman with our family and had an amazing time! our host Paula and our chef Heidi were brilliant! the food was plentiful, home cooked and delicious! we had some children with us and Heidi would check each day if they would eat the adults menu or if they would prefer something else. Paula made us gorgeous rolls for our lunch on the slopes and each day we came back to beautiful cakes to eat with a cup of tea! the chalet was lovely and cosy and they lit a fire each night. it was about a 5 mins walk to get to the piste which made it very handy. there are a number of steps up to the chalet so i would recommend renting a locker beside the La Tania lift so you do not need to drag everything up and down each day.|we will definitely be back - currently booking with snow retreat as i type!! - and can't wait for another special week!!

We have just had the most excellent holiday in Chalet Pandora. The chalet was clean and warm and the beds were comfy. The food was tasty, hearty and plentiful. The cakes were amazing-Pav really went to town with them and kindly accommodated 3 birthdays!|Pav and Fionn were great hosts and really helpful.

Excellent company if you are skiing La Tania or the 3 Valleys. |Ffion and Pav were wonderful chalet hosts in Pandora. Pav is a superb chef. His tartiflett is 2nd to none! Paired with Ffion’s hosting they make a great team. |Rooms are larger than most chalets. If you time the snow correctly, it’s as good as a ski in and out place.
