They will not even reply to inquiries. I was practically begging them to reply on several listings. If you have a property listed with them it’s unfortunate as they are not doing any kind of service or due diligence to even lease their properties or reply to customers.

Excellent Place- clean, tidy, great views ad each room has its own privacy. Our building manager, Jane, was brilliant every step of the way. She truly goes above and beyond- even assistaing us retireving baggae left behind at the airport.

Great apartment, Jane made our stay super easy, very responsive and we had a wonderful two weeks.

I had a graet experience working with Beauchamp for our Cannes Lions travel this year. Jane was extremely helpful in identifying properties that fit my needs and budget and we were able to find one in a prime location that was clean, luxurious and everything we wanted. When I arrived there was someone there to greet me and let me in. They even handled airport transportation for my colleague that was staying with me. Not sure about some of these other reviews but I would defintiely use Beauchamp again for travels back to Cannes.

We rent the Villa Van Cleef in Antibes and this was a birthday surprise for my mum. We arrived on Saturday and we have been robbed 2 days after our arrival just before the birthday. The police came of course and told us that the villa has been robbed a month before! Unfortunatly the agency did not mention it to us. No excuses from the agency/owner, no compensation. The WORST experience ever. So NO I would not recommand this agency/Villa .

Garrage,kitchen,laundry and staff room in one room! The brochure was done to confuse us and not to show the reality We are family from Switzerland and we rented a “ luxury” house in St Tropez with cook,butler and cleaning included in the price,but we arrived we were shocked that the main kitchen was in the garage ,the Chef was sharing the same sink with the cleaning lady for washing the clothes,actually the staff room ,kitchen an laundry were all in one garage in the basement. The dish washer was in the official dining room and the butler wanted to do the dishes while we were having dinner.. Very low quality of the house and horrible service,not a luxury property at all but the price was for top luxury house.Most of the rooms were in the basement ,some windows can’t close.It was so unhygienic so we decided to leave the villa in few days and the agency didn’t help us to get some reimbursement or to find us a new villa,very disappointing.
