As a response to you, the room displayed on Booking was actually exactly as the one shown by your receptionist and it was not at all “superior”, whatsmore, for the price, it was not at all suited. We would have paid this price for a room that respected the standards accordingly, as we were not searching for a better price, but for a better room. And the attitude of the two youngsters at the reception shows a complete lack of “savoir faire”, comme on dit en français. All they did was to repeat the same sentences, as robots, without the possibility to create a dialogue and to attract clients, quite the contrary.

The family and I stayed at the hotel and ate in the restaurant during a trip from north to south for vacation. We picked the place to stop at the last minute and were able to book a family room with one double and two single beds. The room was small but neat and clean with nice beds and crispy sheets. The proprietors very pleasantly accommodated us for a later than usual arrival. We really enjoyed the outside dining terrace next to the pool which allowed us adults to relax at the table while the kids ate quickly and then changed and went for a dip. We could easily keep an eye on them. The whole situation was very relaxed and relaxing after a long drive. The price of the hotel and of the meal was very reasonable. The food was also quite good. We all ordered off the 21 euro menu which had sufficient choice and we enjoyed some nice sea food and grilled meats. If we were less tired and feeling more adventurous we would have gone for some of the really excellent a la carte items we eyed jealously as they passed our table in the hands of the servers. We will make a point of staying here again and can definitely recommend the place to others.

Needed to stop overnight en route to Monaco and had to stop due to curfew restrictions. Found this hotel and have no regrets. ||The beds are fantastic and the lady at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful and could not do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. ||The room is refurbished and pleasant, with one minor critique that the heater/air conditioner is a little noisy. ||The pool looks lovely but we look forward to returning in the summer and being able to use it. ||During our stay the restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions, but we were given plenty of help to find local takeaway vendors. ||Breakfast is currently served on a tray that you collect from the main building and was ample consisting of hot drink, juice, viennoiseries, bread, ham and cheese. ||The hotel obviously cares about its guests and the COVID measures were evident at all times with great care being taken. ||I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

A perfect overnight stay hotel in an industrial zone away from the touristic attractions just outside the 'route de soleil' highway. A good bed, room and bathroom with a functioning airco and wifi at a decent price. Happy personnel. The breakfast and the optional dinner is served inside and on the outside terrace, both of which are clean and relax spaces. The diner we had was jolly good. And I have never seen a focus that sharp in the eyes of the man keeping up the level of amenities at breakfast. It happened to be the former owner of the hotel, still serving the customers well.

This was a good find for our drive from Calais down to the Italian Riviera. Its an independent motel style place on about 10 min drive from the autoroute. Very friendly bustley atmosphere. We didn't eat here but the restaurant was full of families. The exterior and communal areas are a little tired but the rooms have obviously been renovated recently and are well kept, very clean with comfortable beds. Triple rooms made it a good value family stay. Would definitely go back.

A friendly hotel with owners who do their very best. A nice envirement in the mountains, healthy air to breath, normal room and a france breakfast. (A france breakfast means "it could be better").||The hotel is a little old fashioned, but the rooms are clean and have good beds. It's a pitty that the hotel is situated outside Privas and without a GPS it will be hard to find. The very warm welcome after the search is a nice comfort. A restaurant with really good food is at the same place. We were there in the month of january and it was in that time very calm. In our opinion it is an excellent place in the spring and the summer. Now it was cold and not so cosy. If you like nature in the summer, go for it. It must be a beautyful place when the sun shines.

Stay-over with my family on our way to the south. Nice staff, rooms rather basic - good value for money. Tiny pool but ok to pass the time before dinner. The latter was excellent and well prepared! All in all a recommendation for short stays!

Very warm welcome, good food, very comfortable bed. The patron ensured we were well looked after. He went out of his way to do this. We could eat either inside or out.||||Our impression was that the hotel merited a higher grading. I thoroughly recommend the hotel.||||My room was comfortable and quiet.
