Very nice elegant hotel. Well appointed suites. Appreciated the upgrade too! Set in a beautiful rural area. They have a free shuttle service to Aix-en-Provence. Loved as well their 2 resident cats. Very clean and well appointed throughout. Food was very good, though I wouldn’t say exceptional. Would have liked to have also like to have seen more creativity on the vegetarian dinner entre. It was just a bowl of pasta with some tomato sauce and capers. Nothing special for what was charged. Didn’t make use of the spa or pool so can’t provide any feedback on this.|Overall good experience, but had expected a better culinary experience for what we paid.

Our stay at Les Lodges, for our honeymoon, was truly incredible. Such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, just minutes away from Aix. The various hotel spaces were gorgeous, our favorite being a sunbathing lawn in front of the pool. The food exceeded expectations; both the breakfast and dinner (what a view!) were so thoughtfully done. My favorite dinner of our stay was at the hotel restaurant - and we ate at other, excellent restaurants. ||However the best part of the experience was the CONCIERGE/ PEOPLE. WOW they were so nice to us! My biggest concern about France was how I would be treated not knowing French. I could not believe the level of service and courtesy the staff showed us during our stay, both before and during. From texting local chefs about reservations to handling a luggage issue- I have never been treated better by a hotel staff. Special acknowledgement to Benjamin and Bianca. The shuttle into Aix was also so nice to not deal with parking.||Overall, a transformative stay that exceeded our already high hopes for our French honeymoon. Would book again no question.

Amazing hotel and experience. Only 1 thing to nitpick is that they could have more variety in the restaurant menu. It gets repetitive after a few days.

We stayed here for one night for our South of France trip and were extremely disappointed. We booked a “Deluxe Room” with terrace, but there was nothing deluxe about this experience. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, with hair still everywhere. We informed room service, waited over 30 minutes, and it still wasn’t cleaned properly until much later. The main reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. Before booking, we specifically called and were told the pool was 28°C. In reality, it was only 17°C and unusable. Reception only apologized and said they would “inform management,” but no solution was offered. The next morning, the bathroom was full of ants, which made the hygiene standard feel completely unacceptable. The bed itself was comfortable, but the sound insulation was terrible. I even woke up during the night because I could hear the vibration of the neighbor’s phone, and my partner could clearly hear the guests next door talking. Breakfast was okay, but absolutely not worth €37 per person. Overall, the hotel tries to appear luxurious, but the materials and overall quality feel cheap. We travel frequently and stay in many beautiful hotels, and this was by far the worst value-for-money experience we’ve had. We would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury stay. If this would be a 4-star hotel charging around €250 per night, the experience would have been fair. But for €500 per night, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.

Our stay at Les Lodges de Saint-Victoire in Le Tholonet was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, it was evident that this place is maintained with extraordinary care and attention to detail. The entire property is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and radiates a sense of calm elegance.||The culinary experience was equally outstanding, every meal was refined, thoughtfully prepared, and truly memorable. It is rare to find such consistently high-quality cuisine in a hotel setting.||What elevated our stay beyond expectations, however, was the staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth were remarkable. They were not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly perceptive, anticipating needs before they were even expressed. This level of thoughtful service is something I have very rarely experienced, even in top-tier hotels.||In every respect, this hotel delivers excellence. We left feeling deeply impressed and would return without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Lodges Sainte Victoire from April 14–18 to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly unforgettable.||From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—it set the tone for our entire stay. Having traveled to several cities across Europe over the past three years, this is the first hotel that truly delivered a real 5-star experience. They clearly understand what luxury service should feel like.||As someone with a background in luxury travel and now working in group operations for European destinations, I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and consistency in service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and well-executed.||The on-site restaurant was also excellent, both for lunch and dinner, adding even more enjoyment to our stay.||We only wish we could have stayed longer. Location|Perfect away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hired a car to be able to go visit various places in the day. Very peaceful.|The rooms were of decent sizes and very clean, nothing was to much and the team are very attentive. |Amenities |You have a sauna, steam, indoor pool. Outdoor pool and adults only pool. The only downfall is that there is no sunbeds by the adult only pool. But hotel is very quiet even by the main pool you will not be bothered by the children. |Food|Breakfast is basic, small selection but enough.|There are often flies around so anything that is not covered i did not touch. |The fine dining restaurant was amazing, i have dined at many fine dining restaurant however, this was one of the best. The menu is small however the staff are very accommodating to my dietary requirements. Big thank you to Max and Gregory who made our stay one to remember.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife on our honeymoon. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super friendly - particularly want to thank Ange for his amazing hospitality. The hotel restaurant is way better than a typical hotel restaurant. It feels like a proper restaurant you’d go out of your way for and would definitely recommend eating there. The hotel have 2 cats that are super friendly too. Love that!
