The employee is terrible, I’ve been there at 19h 24 and the shop is still open so I said I need to get a new sim as I lost the other one and they said to me I need to come back tomorrow for the new sim as they are already close and as far as I know the closing is 20h, they should change the employee here!

Both employees were terrible, they tried to force me to get a more expensive package. When I said that I was there for the 2€ package they were saying "not good not good" without explaining why and then said "no help", mocking me for not speaking french

Extremely bad service!! The receptionist woman was horribly unwelcoming to my friend and me today. I came to deal with complicated matters that would take time to explain, especially for those whose first language is not French. But the receptionist wouldn't listen to us and that made me feel being discriminate against.

The worst. I arrived yesterday to get some help related the internet I requested to connect. Told the woman at the reception about it, and gave her my phone - to show my phone number. She started to say in a very mean way "Really??? You cannot PRONOUNCE IT for me?? is it so hard??" and started rolling her eyes. All the time she was rolling her eyes as she was typing my number. Acted all annoyed and mean. I told her "Ma'am, I'm still learning French and it's not always easy". She kept rolling her eyes. Same was when I gave her my IBAN. Is this a normal service? Making me feel guilty for even arriving there? It's her JOB to help customers and not COMPLAIN saying rude things like "You REALLY can't pronounce it for me??? You cannot give it to me normally??" and rolling eyes all the time like I asked her something horrible! The visit happened ar about 15.40 on March 30. I work with people too and this is a bad treatment! This person has to be fired... I bet this woman also gets rude to elderly, who asks her to help. :/ Mistreating foreigners being rude - is it the way of hospitality in the Free boutique? I didn't even connect my line yet, still waiting for an appointment - but I'm having huge doubts to even stay with this company!!Since they don't care and don't respect their customers at all.
