The workers were excellent the service and communication better than anyone else, they painted attic access which is beautiful and a couple of bedrooms running warm they are seeking a solution for MIra did some magic on that, BUT note the cooling is on , 2 systems in ONE DAY!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, everyone at the company is helpful and top draw. Best price, best service, really next Level, if they did everything I would not choose anyone else.

Over the weekend, we noticed our home was not cooling adequately. I called Next Level at 8 am and Jose responded at 2 pm. He diagnosed that we again had a refrigerant leak and the fluid had escaped. He showed me the source of the leak and stated it was a design flaw by the manufacturer, Fujitsu. While it was possible to repair and recharge the Freon, I’m all likelihood, this would become an annual problem. The unit was only 6 years old and leaks have been found 3 years on a row. Jose recommended replacing our HVAC with a reasonably priced Goodman heat pump that would be warrantied for 10 years. At repairs of $3000 per year, the new HVAC will pay for itself in a little over 4 years. Plus we won’t have the hassle of trying to live in mid-80 temps when the leak recurs. Ordered and signed the contract at 6:00 pm Monday. Installation was set for Wednesday and permits were pulled on Tuesday. Bryan Munoz was our installer with assistance of Edgar. They showed up promptly at 8 am and worked hard all day, and completed installation at 7:00 pm. Outdoor temps reached 110 yesterday and our interior temp was 88! Both Brian and Edgar were very friendly, professional, answered questions as they came up and very clean. Very good service by both. There were some questions and concerns that I raised during the process, but Leo, Next Level’s owner was very responsive in addressing them. It’s great to be cool again this morning!! And we slept very well last night! Thanks!
