This gym is excellent—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. There’s plenty of room to work out comfortably, and the overall environment is welcoming. The only thing missing is a water machine, which would make the experience even more convenient for members. Aside from that, it’s a great place to train.

I needed a gym while visiting the area so I chose this Neoness location. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building and the gym has something for everyone. There are a good number of cardio machines on one side, and weight training on the other. They have many lockers for your personal belongings (bring your own lock), their changing area was large and the facility was clean. The staff were so helpful, particularly Junior. I can't speak French very well, but he was able to help me with everything I needed, and signed me up for a membership during the month I was there. Overall, it was a great experience.

A good gym offering many bundles for prices that are very competitive compared to other gyms in the city. This is not a luxurious place, but rather a gym for people who only want to train or take group courses - no sauna, no spa, no pool. But it works for those who need it or can't pay for anything more fancy.

I really love this gym

Great place for training the only issue is that we need more weights for the dumbbells as the highest ones are 32kg. Kindly we request to add a pair of 40kg and 45kg will be much appreciated.
