SCI ANTO

So I'm hoping that this is asking me to review the visitor centre .... It was great and slightly unexpected! We arrived by local bus for a couple of euros (the way back cost more because they have an app system that we couldn't work out and for which there was no guidance) anyway.... The views are gorgeous and a sailing ship navigating the straight was a perfect moment! The plants, birds, reptiles, history, it's all amazing and the staff are lovely.... I did not use the restaurant as I wasn't expecting one but great to see it and it was busy! Sadly the gift shop seemed shut. Loos were clean. Great place and could have stayed much longer than we did

Nearest place to visit from Ajaccio. Right at the end of Route de Sanguinaires. From here you can walk from the parking for about 800 m to reach the restaurant that provides views of Iles de Sanguinaires and the Genoise tower. Feom the resraurant its another 800 m hike to the tower.

Fabulous experience, the views are superb. Be sure to check the weather before you hike.
