Ideal spot for a quiet stay with breathtaking view We were staying at the mansion for 12 days with 4 adults and 4 kids in August 2025. The house itself is really nice with all the amenities required for the comfortable family stay. On the plus side:The area in front of the house is spacious enough for parking and outdoor activities. There is an iron furniture set for those who fancy eating outdoors and a gorgeous barbecue station. The house is a two-storey building with two bathrooms on the first floor, a roomy living room with an enormous table, a TV-set, a sofa and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of dishware. Special thanks to the owner for the super tasty home-made apricot and strawberry jam and delicious tomatoes.There is also a separate laundry room with the washing machine and drying machine, the ironing board. There are also two spacious bedrooms on the first floor with clean and nice bedsheets. On the second floor there are two smaller bedrooms with 4 individual beds and a nice lounge area with the furniture set. The house has breathtaking mountain views from the lovely balcony. There was some sport and swimming equipment available as well. The huge supermarket is only 10-13 minutes away by car. The pebble beaches are 20 minutes away by car. On the minus side: the owner never mentioned that the house is located at the elevator 450 meters above sea level!!! And at first it was very scary to climb those 15 steep turns! Since the house is located on the mountain, there are no safe walking trails down the mountain .On day one we had visitors, namely, wild boars, and since the area around the house was not fenced, it was not very safe for the kids to walk there without supervision.Later we ran into wild dog dingo, grey foxes. The area around the house is not very safe since the swimming pool is under construction and there was lots of construction waste on the site. The internet was spotty and missing on floor 2. Semaine vélo La maison est très bien équipée et bien située pour des randonnées à vélo. Un accueil challeureux avec des attentions particulières.

Un gîte extraordinaire Le top du top de tous les gîtes que nous avons fréquentés : propreté, accueil, agencement des locaux: une semaine inoubliable passé dans un site d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Merci à Paul le propriétaire qui a su donner une belle âme à cette demeure.

Incroyable maison La maison est magnifique, grande, bien agencée qui permet à chacun de trouver sa place, bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner sur place et confortable en hiver grâce au chauffage au sol. Et que dire de l'exposition et la vue incroyable. Nous avons adoré les levers et couchers de soleil. Le propriétaire est très attentif et passe faire des petites visites pour s'assurer que tout va bien. Merci aussi à sa nièce qui assure le relais.

Perfektes Haus Realität der Unterkunft und die Bilder im Netz stimmen absolut überein. Sehr schönes Haus inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit tollen Blick bis Nizza und aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung der Küche und der große Esstisch sind perfekt. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und hatten perfektes Wetter. Der Grill und der Aussenplatz sind sehr schön und idyllisch. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
