We were there in the 33-degree heatwave in late May. The air conditioning worked well & we had comfortable sleep. Shower/bathroom & bedroom were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was fine. We appreciated the opening windows which were like a balcony & let in the twilight air & birdsong. Handy for the metro line 13.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The room was very shabby, the air conditioning didn’t work, making the room ridiculously hot. There was no water or coffee making facilities in the room as promised and when I went to ask at reception I was offered a glass of Luke warm tap water.I had to go back to reception a second time as we had no towels in the room. We were offered a ‘quiet’ room, which was anything but as we could hear children like they were in our room, and people walking in the room above. The area for breakfast was cluttered and far too small for guests. I appreciate the hotel is under renovation but feel we should have been warned ahead of our stay or maybe a discount given as this was not the experience I had paid over €400

All of the staff were friendly and soooo helpful (special shout out to Fatima who helped me with many questions and set up a second booking). The quiet location near the metro in Clichy was exactly what I needed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. WiFi was good. The only con I noticed is for folks who have trouble navigating stairs because the elevator stops between floors, but if that’s your situation and you stay on the ground floor, you’ll be fine. …Best Ibis I’ve stayed at!

Every single person I interacted with was fantastic. They did everything they could end more to make sure we enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was great as well. Absolutely will be going back next time in Paris.

Good location of the hotel. Room was too small. There are bigger rooms for the same category and price, but I got a very small room. There was hardly any space to even move from one side of the bed to the other. Room number is 422. Avoid that room at all costs.

Good value for money for a short stay in Paris. Very close to metro station. The room was generally fine, but there was an unpleasant odor. It would be great if the cleaning and air circulation could be improved. Also the wall is not very sound proof.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very small. As a family of 4 do not share a room. Elevator does not stop at every floor, we had to go to level 4 and walk down to level 3 with out bags. Breakfast is good but there is not a lot of options. Metro is only a few meters away. On the last day we got locked out of our room long before the checkout time
