Probably one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in so far. The minute you walk through the doors you smile. It’s huge, it’s welcoming, it’s immaculate, it smells beautiful & the staff are very nice, nothing is ever too much to ask. Rooms are modern, very clean and very comfy! We stayed in the Dafni building which is the furthest away from reception but the closest to the main pools so that was a bonus for us! We stayed half board. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from. The pools are so warm it’s like walking into a bath they are clean and really well set out for all children of all ages. Staff walk round and occasionally give out free ice lollies. Just the right amount of entertainment round the pool … not too loud and not annoying like some hotels. Kids club is incredible! The separate pool area for this is well thought out & staff are brilliant with children. A few minutes walk to local beach. A few minutes walk to local supermarket, bars and restaurants etc. Entertainment at night is pretty good. I cannot fault this place at all! I would love to return.

The staff are excellent. If a hotel is good and the staff aren’t then the whole experience is poor. Here the staff are so nice. Nothing is too much trouble. |Miriam at the pool bar is exceptional with customers and takes he job really seriously and does it with pride and enthusiasm. Excellent experience thank you ☺️

The hospitality here is exceptional. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Anna from Guest Relations, whose attentiveness and care made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel features both a heated pool and an ocean water pool. Finding a spot/sunbed is never an issue. Having its own parking lot is a huge advantage, and the location is very central. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a direct private beach on the ocean; you have to go to the nearby public beaches yourself. Both the food and breakfast were successful and delicious.

Amazing hotel with incredible views, entertainment and drink selection. Activities for adults such as soap making and crafts is a very unique experience offered by the hotel all included writhing your all inclusive. The staff are lovely and quick to serve, knowing your order as soon as you sit down. Particularly love the Lobby Bar and the staff Anthony, Oscar, Ines and Cristian. Great entrainment team, always friendly and ready to get you on the dance floor. Thank you all for a lovely experience and see you again soon!

We had an amazing experience with the day pass at Iberostar Selection Anthelia. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere around the pools and spa was incredibly relaxing. The food was also excellent and the whole experience felt very premium from start to finish. A special thank you to Miriam for her outstanding service and kindness throughout the day. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Staff like her are what make a place truly memorable. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a relaxing luxury day in Tenerife!

We are only three days into our holiday, and I honestly couldn’t wait until the end to write this review. That’s how confident we are in saying this place is nothing short of spectacular already! From the moment we arrived, the service has been outstanding. The staff simply cannot do enough for you always walking around smiling, happy, and genuinely wanting to help. It creates such a warm, positive atmosphere. The little treats and surprises left in our room have been such thoughtful touches and really show the care and attention to detail here. The buffet service is unbelievable. The quality and variety are exceptional, so much so that we haven’t even ventured out to eat anywhere else. There’s just no need! A very special mention to Miriam by the poolside. She has been absolutely incredible, so attentive, constantly checking if we’d like drinks, food, or anything at all. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She has made us feel completely looked after. We are the Robinson family enjoying this holiday, and we can honestly say this has already been an unforgettable experience, and we’re only three days in! We feel so confident that we’ll be returning time and time again. Thank you for making our family holiday so special already! 🌟

Amazing service!! From start to finish of our 4 night stay, the staff could not do enough to make our experience a 5* one! At check in, the staff were so so friendly, provided welcome drinks and towels to freshen up. Suitcases were delivered to our room. All areas of the hotel are impeccable and really well looked after! Only thing I’d say is the rooms are a little dated and basic but they do the job, we did have ants crawling around the dressing table and floor but unsure if this was because we were on a ground floor room, maybe this isn’t an issue on higher floor rooms, other than that the rooms are cleaned daily and they do a great job. We had a lovely terrace we sat at while our baby slept (the black out curtains aren’t very black out these could be improved). The baby bath was a great touch as we only had a shower in our room! Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. 2 of the pools are heated which was amazing with a baby. Staff around the pool work so so hard, we were served by Miriam daily and wow she could not do enough!! Amazing service, she worked relentlessly, I don’t think our glasses were ever empty. David was great too! Lots of sunbeds too, no issue finding space and no need to reserve them as stupid o’clock like some people do at other hotels! Overall great experience, would definitely come back, great location too with lovely restaurants and bars around!
