I booked a 11 day trip with Tacapes and I would say every day was amazing due to the varied landscape of the country. Nader was very kind and helpful in preparing the customised itinerary which stretched across the country with places of our choice. He was patient enough to answer all my questions before booking confirmation. We were accompanied by Nabil who was the guide-cum-driver and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks to Nader and the entire team of Tacapes for making this trip an enjoyable one.

We had a wonderful tour to El Jem, Matmata and overnight in Sahara dessert camp. Our guide Nofel was very knowledgable, so accommodating and helpful. The camp was a special experience! Communication and support from Tacapes Tours was excellent. We had the best time, thank you everyone!

Traveling as a family of 3, we used Tacapes services to the Tunisian dessert camping for 3 days from Sousse. The trip is great and their professionalism was really outstanding. I would definitely recommend Tacapes services.

Decided to visit Tunisia at the last minute...my 157th country! I emailed Tacapes Tours on Saturday 26NOV22 and never heard back from them. I then resent my email on Tuesday 29NOV22 morning asking them to confirm receipt. I received an answer a few hours later from Nader Zidi advising me that my all day tour of Carthage, La Goulette and the Mornag wine region would be 195EUROS including roundtrip airport transfers. I immediately confirmed that these arrangements would be fine however informed them that I had made my own airport transfer arrangements on arrival as I was worried I would not hear back from Tacapes Tours in time for my arrival on 30NOV morning. Today is Thursday December 1st, and I am now at the Sheraton Tunis still waiting for my guide that was supposed to be here at 830AM. It is now 920AM and no one in sight. I tried calling the number on their website and NO answer. I sent an email again asking where my guide is but never heard back...such a waste of my time and so unprofessional! Such horrible customer service! Thanks to Mouna at the Sheraton for saving the day by arranging my tours on the spot so I could enjoy my day here today.

I experienced the cooking lessons and it was good

Sono appena tornata da un Tour in Tunisia. Un gruppo di 30 Persone, viaggio organizzato da Travel Design Studio che si è appoggiata a questa organizzazione. Tour organizzato benissimo, ma ora vorrei spendere qualche parola per la Guida che ci hanno affiancato: Habib. Persona seria, competente, instancabile, disponibile e anche gentilissimo. Anche l'Autista del pullman bravissimo, gentile e sorridente. Siamo stati tutti bene e tranquilli con loro.

Contratamos el tour de un día por la medina de Túnez, Cartago y Sidi Bou Said; un circuito de 4 días visitando oasis, el desierto, El Djem, Monastir y Sousse: y un tour de un día por Djerba. Fantástico!! Todo fue genial y según lo indicado en los programas contratados! La comunicación con Nader fue estupenda desde el primer día, tanto en España como una vez en Túnez. Los guías maravillosos y con una gran pasión por su trabajo y su país. Los hoteles del circuito inmejorables!! Nos hemos sentido super bien tratadas y cuidadas! Cien por cien recomendable!!

Somos una familia de Uruguay y después de mucho buscar elegimos vía Internet a Tacapes para realizar un tour por Túnez. El Sr. Nader Zidi nos atendió desde el primer momento con profesionalismo, calidez y amabilidad. Le trasmitimos nuestras inquietudes y seleccionó un recorrido a medida. No sólo mostrando la Arquitectura,. Arqueología, Artes populares y Religión, sino las Comidas y Costumbres que nos permitieron una compenetración con la Cultura del país. Recorrimos una diversidad enorme de paisajes y ciudades. Palmerales, Desierto, Oasis, Fuertes costeros, Mezquitas, Casbah, Isla Mediterránea y una variedad riquísima de la cultura de un país maravilloso. Selecciono como guía una persona exquisita, el Sr. Nabil Mansour, que con una cultura vastísima y una paciencia infinita nos mostró con gran amor su tierra. Estamos muy agradecidos de ésta experiencia tan enriquecedora, y recomendamos a la empresa que mantuvo su compromiso durante los 2 años de Pandemia.
