Very happy. From the beginning we were impressed with the solution reccomended. Top quality. And we were impressed with Damien, who was thorough and patient with all of our questions. Both Ismaël and Damien were friendly and never "pushy". We never felt rushed. They installed the system in one day and replaced any tiles that were damaged. Mickael handled all the electrical side and everything went smoothly...until we tried connecting the Solax system to the Solax app. It wouldn't work. The system was working but it wouldn't communicate with the app. Well, Ismael and Mickael stayed till 22:30 on a Friday night to make sure it worked. Most the time on the phone to a Solax engineer. They tested everything. It ended up being the new WiFi dongle Solax was now using. With a few tweaks it was all sorted. Overall we are very impressed with BEPOWER. They system is working well. And we are very happy.

Je fais uniquement affaire avec des prestataires honnêtes, et malheureusement, Bepower ne fait pas partie de cette catégorie. J’ai eu une mauvaise expérience et je ne recommande leurs services à personne.
