It has been a week since I moved and still no electricity, I finally got someone to answer me yesterday, asking me for some details, I promptly replied and still no electricity. How can it take so long? I just moved from the US and I have never have such an experience, especially with something so vital as electricity. I understand a couple of days delay but a whole week and then they want to charge a fee for creating a new account. This is incredible.
