The breakfast was worth the money. They had Excellent bread options, the fresh fruit was delicious, hot food item selection was nice and the cake options were tasty. |The staff is all wonderful, friendly and helpful!|The room was great for 2 people with nice storage options. The shower/bath was a bit slippery and tall if you’re standing.

We had a wonderful brunch experience at Demeures de Campagne Château de Fontainebleau. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service truly made the difference. A special thank you to Nicolas, who took great care of us throughout the brunch — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel was a good surprise. I went to other Mercure hotels in other countries and was not happy. This one is great. The food is also very good and there is a good atmosphere. I recommend this place.

Hotel located in a good spot. Booking in experience seamless and friendly. Big CALLOUT to Pauline her helped with door keys that didnt work and generally gave a smiling and high level of service.|The first night we stayed was a Friday night and the only option for food was cold plates. Don’t bother, total waste of time.|Breakfast experience chaotic and poor level of choices - a special call out to Tony who helped bridge some of the gaping holes of service delivery or lack of it.||Dinner on days other than Friday can only be described as disappointing too. The steak tough, fish tasteless and the worst French fries I’ve ever seen. This menu and the way it is cooked needs an overhaul. ||And finally, a big call out to the lady who cleaned our room for a week. She came from the Congo and always had time for a brief chat and a smile - again another superstar.||And finally, the rooms are very hot, despite the aircon being in the rooms. We had the aircon on and yet the temperature was 26 degrees. When I asked reception they said they dont turn on the aircon yet as not summer.||Not up to the usual Accor standard, perhaps a comprehensive look at how this place operates would help lift the standards.

I mistakenly booked this hotel for September instead of May and contacted them immediately to request a cancellation or adjustment. Unfortunately, the hotel refused any flexibility despite the obvious booking error. While I understand cancellation policies, I was disappointed by the lack of customer consideration and support in resolving a genuine mistake.

Everything was fine until I hang my jacket in the wardrobe. At least 100 dead bugs, and do keep your washbasin closed as otherwise you get a washbasin which is alive with small crawlers.

Please take care of customers and put water for drinking in rooms, not in the a reception The breakfast level is not good improving that Room cleanliness, changing pads, must be better than that

Its a 4 star hotel, but I'm giving them 5 stars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean but a bit spartan. Very close to Fontainbleau Château and not a far walk/drive to the woods for bouldering. Although if your a dirt-bag climber this place is probably a bit expensive. We ate in the restaurant, it was delicious French cuisine. Excellent secure on site parking if your travelling in a van which we were.
