⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As the coordinator for a family's visit to Chablis, I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Thomson while arranging a private cellar tour at Domaine William Fèvre. Nicholas was fantastic to work with—responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. He made coordinating the visit easy and ensured everything was in place for a seamless experience. The private cellar tour was one of the highlights of the family's time in Chablis. The opportunity to explore the historic cellars and learn more about the history and winemaking traditions of Domaine William Fèvre made for a truly memorable experience. It offered a deeper appreciation for both the wines and the region itself. The family thoroughly enjoyed the visit and spoke very highly of the experience afterward. We enjoyed the tasting here. They had some merchandise for purchase including honey. The bar stools for our tasting were not very comfortable.

Nice wine tasting of William Fevre downtown in downtown Chablis. Very nice little city center and excellent wines. This location has some hard to find bottles so it was definitely a treat.

We visited William Fevre at the end of August 24 to do some tasting and purchasing of wine. The guys in the shop were almost completely disinterested in us being there, almost to the point of rudeness. We left after less than 5 minutes, and went across the road to another wine maker…a much better experience!
