They took 500 euro deposit 1 month after the trip with no warning, no contact. We had cleaned the tiny apartment, returned the linen, emptied the bin, returned the keys on time. |Advertised as size for 4-6 but 3 was enough. No storage. No offer of how to get sheets and towels for the 1st night arrival just after 8pm.

DO NOT BOOK! This place is embarrassingly bad. You can tell the building was rushed and the owners cut corners at every single chance they get. For the price it is shameful. Let’s begin; - No Wi-Fi !! It’s 2023 how can you not give Wi-Fi?! - Bathroom smells of human waste constantly. -No access to balcony, handles were taken off, we were given 10% back but looking at reviews from over a year ago it was still not fixed then. - No basic cleaning equipment like dish soap, multi purpose cleaner, yet they tell you to clean the entire place before you leave. there is dishwasher but no pods. Insulting and again cutting every corner. - MAKE YOUR OWN BEDS!! We paid 1.5k to make our own beds…. Never seen this anywhere. - One toilet roll. Again, don’t expect to be shopping around for loo roll in my holiday. - Office hours are stupid, we waited around until 4pm, got the keys to find there was already a group of tenants in the room. Breach of security. - they hide the inventory sheet and the list of cleaning rules stuck INSIDE the cupboards on the back of the door, hoping that most people don’t see it. They are made to take your deposit. We had €50 taken for absolutely no reason. Some positives; the location is great , and the place LOOKS nice but it’s been rushed and unfinished , and is literally bare bones. For half the price I would accept this property. Attached are photos of the crazy crazy rules they impose. Will never use this company again.

I stayed here with 3 friends to celebrate a 40th Birthday and Go skiing. The apartment itself was fantastic, very spacious that could accommodate 8 people including a spacious balcony. Great modern facilities. Yes it is a bit of a walk (10-15 mins) to get to the main centre in Les deux Alpes, but we all found it fine. There are still plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby with a convenient small supermarket directly opposite the aparrment which is reasonably priced. There are ski lifts directly behind the apartments and you can access the whole resort this way and ski all the way back to the locker room if you so wish.

Residence L'alba is conveniently located on the main road into Les Deux Alps just before the tourist information centre. The building is of new build and in a reasonable condition which was a nice surprise. More often than not apartments in ski resorts can be quite tired and scruffy.||||Immediately behind the apartment building is a chair lift which gives easy access to the pistes behind. These are linked to the main resort however you need to allow up to 40 minutes to get up and across via a couple of pistes/lifts. ||||If you wish to have access to the main ski area then the easiest way to do this is to get the free resort bus which goes from outside the tourist information office (about 50m from the apartment building). The resort bus runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day however this can be very crowded during peak hours particularly on the return in the evening. ||||Located opposite the apartment building is a convenient Casino supermarket which is reasonably stocked and priced for a ski resort. There are also plenty of ski hire shops near to the apartment for hire should you require it. ||||On the day of our check-in we arrived early in the morning before the check-in time. We enquired with a member of staff about leaving our luggage behind so we could explore the town before checking in later in the day. We were advised that there were no left luggage facilities and we couldn't leave them in the office or reception which was a real shame. Luckily we enquired with the tourist information office (about 50m from the apartment) and the kind lady working there advised that we could leave them with her. This was a real shame as the apartment building has a large reception area which they could easily use to store baggage for early arrivals/late departures. ||||We returned later in the afternoon at the designated check-in time. Really nice comfortable apartments. Clean modern and well equipped. 3 beds. 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 bunk. 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, both with hair dryer, plenty of towels, separate loos. Good kitchen and appliances. Welcome pack with loo roll, dishwasher tabs, sponge, cleaner etc. Had there been more snow we could have skied to the he door. However the bus stop was right outside apartment and supermarket over the road. Great place to stay. On the edge of town, frequent bus but stops just before 7pm.

Last week I stayed here with 5 friends (all girls aged 22) and we got a 10 bedroom appartment of good quality. Location was also good. Unfortunately the receptionist was very unfriendly from our moment of arrival onwards, as we arrived in the morning and she was unwilling to let us store our luggage in the luggage room. When checking out we were given a timeslot before the official time and she was not even there on time to help us. Moreover she informed us about 110€ cleaning costs after checkout, which had never been mentioned before, and called us ‘stupid’ for not expecting to have to clean the appartment up to a level that cleaners would hardly have to do anything. Also she blamed us for causing noise disturbances during the entire week, while she only informed us about this the first day after which we were always quiet and often not even in the appartmemt. To conclude, she had no valid reason to be this impolite and force us to pay this amount, but made up a lot just because we were a group of friends. So be aware of this.

Rental agents find any excuse to charge you €110 end of stay cleaning charge. Thought it was just us but seems loads of people we got to got to know in the apartment during our stay got charged as well. All the apartments were cleaned but they find anything to charge you like a cigarette butt on the balcony (no one in our party even smokes!). You have been warned!

We had booked room nr 1 in alba for a week. Room is explored like most of french apartements in alp. I made a list what dosent work or is broken and leave to women in reception. Nothing has been fixed. moreover in second day radiator in bathroom felt down after putting on wet jacket, it was not correct attached to the wall. they charge me 100euro for "fixing" thing thas had been broken and dangerous. Never ever again, definitelly not recomend.
