We’ve been using Ringover for 4 months at our startup, and I genuinely regret the decision. As CSO, I rely on tools that are stable and backed by responsive support — Ringover has failed on both. It took a full month just to get the initial integration with our CRM working. Then, a couple of weeks later, Ringover rolled out an update that broke the integration completely. Since then — months later — we’re still waiting for a fix. This issue alone is costing my team hours of manual work every single week. To make things worse, I’m currently paying for 3 active licenses, but only 2 can actually be used. When trying to activate the third one, the system throws an error. I reported this a week ago, and it’s still unresolved, leaving one of my colleagues unable to work. Ringover’s customer support is low, ineffective, and lacking accountability.

Honestly, is the best phone app can be found. With a fast and reliable customer service, a wonderful call log with AI integrated, you don't have to remember what your business call was about... is all recorded in audio and text format for every call! Definitely recommended!

They don't let me cancel ! Really annoying. I use their app for 1 year, the product is great. But the pricing is quite expensive compare to our need and usage, so we switch to another solution. And now, Ringover keep charging us 311 EUR per month, for already 3 months. They don't reply to our email, they find excuses like "we tried to call you to discuss about your cancellation..." but I don't want to discuss, I just want to cancel and get refund for the past 3 months of SCAM/abuse basically.
