I ordered a a sim card well over 10 days ago i never recieved it, i went to this place 3 times 3 times i was told different thing woth no results and when i finally got to a solution without getting turned away it was a lot of work and very tyring to travel a long distance to het a sim card although i paid before online so i went to SFR and got a sim card from there.

If you want to buy something, they are helpful. However, if you need to solve a problem they will do nothing for you and just tell you to call the phone support. Twice I have been in this situation. Very disappointing support.
