Excellent service.My husband and I had appointments today scheduled one following the other.The lovely receptionist said we could both go in together.We were seen immediately.Both the doctor and receptionist spoke very good English and did not make us feel in anyway bad that our level of french was not yet sufficient to take us through the examination.

Excellent service, really nice people. Dr Kostov is very thorough and professional, his receptionist is a lovely, friendly lady.

First time visiting and found this specialist both friendly and professional. Also spoke three languages that I know of.

I am surprised that cancelled appointments create a negative response for the doctor's ability. Dr. Kostov was always very helpful and understanding. Yes, it is not very easy to find the place, but it can't create 15 minutes lateness. I have seen him 8 times this year and he always kept proper schedule. His office is properly equipped and I was always able to get in touch with the secretary.

nous avions rdv avec mon fils pour la première fois, nous sommes arrivés avec 8 mn de retard, et monsieur n'a pas voulu nous prendre !!!! lamentable a fuir . vu les commentaires negatifs je ne suis pas étonné. la secrétaire s'est excusez à sa place car même pas capable de venir nous le dire en face . je suis obligé de mettre une étoile mais il ne la vaut pas! Une catastrophe. Erreur de diagnostic importante. Je précise au médecin que son avis médical me paraît étrange vis à vis de mes symptômes. J'ai fini le soir même aux urgences ophtalmiques !

Le Dr Kostov a été très efficace et professionnel, a sauvé mon œil d'un infection sévère. Peu d'attente et un accueil agréable. Et que dire de Marie, la secrétaire ! Une perle, sympathique et arrangeante, je recommande vivement ce cabinet!😊

Ophtalmologue très pro avec des explications claires et détaillés. J'ai été opéré des yeux en début d'année. Il m'a expliqué mon p'tit soucis avec beaucoup de détails et surtout à pris son temps. Top
