Great restaurant. Excellent value for money. I had the "Petite Porte" meal. Everything meat and vegetables alike was cooked to perfection. The waitress recommended one of the cheapest wines on list which turned out to be excellent. Dessert was fennel poached and treated like a fruit and it was disturbingly tasty. I can't wait to go back.

The tasting menu was fantastic!! Flavors all went well together starting with the cocktail to their oyster, vegetable and lamb plates all the way to dessert. I would definitely come back again!

Excellent little restaurant that will hopefully blossom into something great. Very elegant plating and some super standouts. The pigeon was one of the best I’ve ever had with excellent use of spices. The fish was very slightly over cooked and lacked a little bit of thought. Wine list is a bit pricy (markup) in comparison to the restaurant and the red wine is served a tad bit too warm.

If you are looking for good fine dining food, this is a good spot and is very well priced, despite being in a crummy part of town. The let down was the service. First we had the door slammed in our face as we arrived 5 minutes early and were told to wait on the pavement till our booking. We then waited 20 minutes for any service once seated. Following ordering our wine, we were brought a different vintage because of stock, but not told - very poor hospitality.

Excellent as always. Refined and yet adventurous tastes that never fail to delight. Choosing the Menu degustation gives Chef Okoin the chance to work his magic …thank you.

I booked a table at 8pm with Google booking because they don't take reservations through phone. We arrived 10min early, everything was closed, the crew saw us through the window but left us waiting outside. We were confused... We'd expected someone to come to us and let us know they do not open the doors before 8... (No indication on the board outside nor on the door) As it was my wife's birthday, I went to the desk as soon as we arrived and asked the waitress if they could do a little something, she kindly answered with a smile "of course, we'll put something together for you". I waited through the entire diner, but nothing happened. I wasn't expecting much, a single candle with the dessert would have sufficed... The waitress offer to pick 2 glasses of wine Overall, we had a mixed experience. The food was good, no "waouh effect" thought. Because of the lack of attention from the staff we won't be coming back. Also the price range doesn't reflect the service.

This was one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in France. Forget about going to a Michelin star restaurant in Bordeaux. Porte Quinze blows them away. The food is creative, elegant and unique. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional. They are serious about the food, wine and service. Already trying to see if I can come back to Bordeaux next month just so I can have dinner at Porte Quinze.
