Stumbled upon this place while looking for coffee. The pastries were a great invite and truly captured us.

Michelin restaurant/bistro. Incredible pastries. Wonderful lunch. Make reservation for lunch at a minimum 3 days prior at the bistro. Delicious pastries to pick up anytime its open. Reasonably priced..a must try in Pau!!

A real gem in the heart of Pau! Fast service, smiling staff, and outstanding food — even the fries were memorable. Hot burger buns show their attention to detail. Great value for money. Tip: it’s getting popular, so book ahead! Pros: • Very quick service – meals arrived promptly without feeling rushed. • Friendly atmosphere – all staff were smiling and seemed genuinely happy to work there, which made the experience even more pleasant. • Exceptionally good food – every dish was perfectly executed and packed with flavor. Even the simple sides, like fries, were top-notch. • Attention to detail – burger buns were served hot, a small touch that makes a big difference for burger lovers. • Great value for money – excellent quality at very reasonable prices. • Hidden gem – a real treasure tucked away in the center of Pau. Cons: • The restaurant is becoming increasingly popular, so it’s best to book a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

This is an amazing place, very decently priced, and outstanding food! Love the flavors (they are on the bold side… which I like) and the way they present the plates. The service was also on point and friendly and the food comes to the table at a good pace. I did not try the deserts, yet! … need to go back, as I have been told they are quite something. The place itself feels more like a cafe than a restaurant but it works. If I were to pick on one thing, it would be on the wine selection. At least for my liking, the options on white wine was a little narrow. Easily a place to repeat many times! When I doubt… go to Jumo.

Top. Bought the desserts to go, even though we ate the second day they were still so delicious. Would have come next time for dine in. Well balanced of the taste

We pre booked dinner there and it was fantastic, they have a choice for every dish and it looks like art! The staff were very friendly and nice. Definitely coming back.
