Great spa - very clean, friendly staff, incredible views!

The chalet is beautifully decorated and beds are perfectly comfortable. the master bed room is spacious. But unfortunately the staff, specially the lady in the reception were unfriendly and kind of rude. Which lowers the quality of the chalet. Whenever we ask for something they say they will get back to us and they never do. We had to walk to the reception to know the answer. The spa is only available for two people only !!!! Only one restaurant they have which doesn’t serve breakfast. 15 minutes away from Chamonix. You must have a car. Wont think i’ll be back to this place for any holiday. Tea bags were provided in the kitchen were spoiled and had mold on them. Pictures shown

Fabulous stay. Beautiful accommodation in wonderful situation with great facilities. Toby and Cat were superb hosts and thought of every detail. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful chalets in a great location and very friendly staff! Had one of the best ski holidays in recent memory.

For the restaurant: expecting a much better dinner in a hotel of this class. Except the soups, first dishes and the lamb (proposed menu) the other main courses was bellow an acceptable level. Hamburgers: we have tasted a much better in much cheaper taverns. Onglets (Angus!): The worst I have ever had. The staff unexperienced to handle the situation. Following my complaints, just took the plate and without asking or say anything, 15' later brought another plate, more or less same quality. To keep story short, the only positive point, this dish was taken out from our bill !! ...but our dinner was spoiled...

the most beautiful and amazing place that you will possibly stay which allows you to enjoy some hot bath tub of water while at the same time you get snow on your face and look at Mont Blanc from behind Absolutely stunning a beautiful place to stay and delightful food and cabins

Great place to rent a chalet. Clean and big. Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Private safe parking.

the view is one of the best ones in the valley and the value for money is fantastic
