The installation was just not to our satisfaction. All began well - I filled out the online form for someone to call me and the next day I received that call and fixed an appointment for a quote in the coming days. Two guys came out (Théophile and an associate) and were very friendly and polite. We went through everything that we wanted, got advice and discussed issues. The next day we got our quote by email and decided to stay with them, even though it was a bit expensive. We got an appointment for installation quite quickly and agreed by paying the deposit. The day of installation, two technicians arrive and ask me where everything should go. I was confused and asked if they had a plan or description from Théophile and he said that he has an idea of everything but wants to know if I’ve changed my idea. Very unsettling. I explained that we already agreed on everything and the finer details were discussed between Théophile and my spouse, who is not here, so I’m being put on the spot here. So I told him everything as I remembered and things seemed okay until we get to the master bedroom and I’m told that the a/c unit needs to be placed away from the wall so there will be a significant amount of pipes on the wall. We were avoiding this from the beginning and were only told at this point that it’s an issue. They needed confirmation right then and there for the changes and it was very awkward for me. In my opinion, Théophile should have been there to get things off the ground. The installation took two days. The installation technicians were nice enough but they did not take care of our property. I asked them to be careful of the parquet floor and all day I would hear tools being thrown on the floor. They used a large drill bit to drill through the walls (50cm long and very heavy) and to place that on the floor, the guy would put one end straight down on the floor and then let it drop. A couple of times I had to remind them to place things gently but at the same time,

Au premier contact, le gérant est venu à la maison et m'a proposé plusieurs systèmes dont un qui m'a beaucoup plu. L'installation s'est déroulée rapidement et les installateurs étaient très pro et aimables. Je remercie toute l’équipe, en passant également par les secrétaires qui font un merveilleux travail en prenant soin des exigences du client. Je recommande fortement Solufroid pour leur fiabilité et professionnalisme.

J’ai fait appel à eux pour l’entretien de ma pompe à chaleur. Rendez-vous rapide, technicien souriant et compétent, qui prend le temps d’expliquer. On sent que le service client est une vraie priorité.

Je tiens encore à remercier du fond du cœur toute votre équipe dans l'accompagnement de notre projet pour l'installation de notre climatisation réversible, ainsi que les précieux conseils de Mr Théophile. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise, car j'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer des employés très sympathiques, respectueux, sérieux, qui ont fait un excellent travail.

Entreprise sérieuse et réactive. Ils ont installé la pompe à chaleur et la climatisation gainable lors de la construction de notre maison. Tout a été bien coordonné avec le constructeur, délais respectés et rendu impeccable. Une société fiable que je conseille sans hésiter.

Très satisfaite de leur service. J’ai fait installer 4 unités de climatisation et tout s’est déroulé sans problème. L’équipe qui a réalisé l’installation (Esteban et Baptiste) est toujours arrivée à l’heure, a été très polie et a effectué le travail avec soin. Je recommande vivement.
