Beautiful restaurant in Dieppe, the owner is happy to advise and serve vegan dishes. - I had a summer roll and a pad thai. There are a few more items available including dessert. - be aware that the dishes are offered without protein alternatives such as Tofu, seitan etc.
Great restaurant, friendly welcome from the owner, my 13 year daughter and I had a wonderful lunchtime experience. I'm always a bit cautious about "fusion" restaurants in France but this one has deep roots and understanding of Asian and French cuisines. The green curry moules were a revelation, a simple but sensational east-west taste combo. Owner Arthur said it was his and his son's favourite. There's the connection and love of food you rarely find in the Uk. My daughter loves noodles, normally quite plain, but she feasted on a rich and deeply flavoursome beef pad thai. Next time in Dieppe I'll be back. Btw, if you read this patron, what is the muscadet available by the glass on the wine list? It was gorgeous. I forgot to ask at the time.
Lovely little restaurant. Freshly prepared, authentic food. Great if you want something quick and tasty after busy day sightseeing.
Everything was perfect, the food was very tasty, felt fresh and all plates had great portions. The staff was also very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend. I would recommend the spring rolls as starter too.
This place feels like a hidden gem in Dieppe. The food we tried (nems poulet, nems porc, rouleau printemps poulet, pad thai poulet, bo bun royal, boeuf sate and massaman curry) were equally tasty, fresh and flavorful. We had takeout but the restaurant looked modern, clean and cosy to dine in. The staff there (didn’t catch her name) was super friendly and also spoke English. Highly recommend!
Hidden gem!! Super yummy good, best seafood restaurant I've ever been to. For starters, I got salmon toast which was so good while others got large spring rolls. They also provided a free pot of freshly baked bread. My whole family got a large pot of muscles and they looked so good! I got fresh dieppe cod in a green pad thai sauce. Towards the end, we where so full we couldn't have pudding. Really good for price, Would recommend 😁
Service was good, food and prices ok.
We visited the place at its previous location and really enjoyed the food. They have now moved to restaurant row in the harbour. First the decor is very good. It was very hysterical at lunchtime when we visited. So that’s all good news. The bad news is that they have removed virtually all the spices and herbs that made it Vietnamese. They have also significantly reduced the viet menu and added standard French seafood fare. Not a single viet dish featuring fresh fish. A real disappointment. The vegetarian pad Thai was bland and few ingredients. No tofu. No crunchy veg. Just noodles with a few French veg as an afterthought. Almost no peanuts almost no coriander. Wine list has gone upmarket and no pichets of wine available. Service was poor. No bread with the meal. Cheap peanuts with the drinks. Someone has been figuring out how to cut costs and dumb things down. A great shame because the old location had spice and sparkle in the food. If you want traditional French cuisine it’s probably fine. Bland, slow service, desserts with excessive whipped cream. We didn’t enjoy it but it was full at lunchtime. Just don’t go thinking you will get anything that tastes of Vietnam.
