This company, after having a not-so-friendly exchange with customer sales in getting started, finally acted in regards to resolving an issue regarding a false-positive on an email and is working to resolve the matter. A good resolution is therefore expected in that matter. However, a customer service agent there was very rude to me, she said she '[knew] customer service better than [I did]'. And that is with nearly 13 years of experience within the call center environment on my part, and otherwise probably similar to hers.
Amazing company. We are the best in what we do.
